Fury is simply too tall, long and mobile. Either a UD or attrition corner/ref stoppage. I can’t imagine Fury pushing for a proper KO.

Fury would punk him and bully him around the ring like he did Cunningham.
These regular Cruisers cannot beat Fury. It’s too much of a task.

His ring IQ, reflexes, speed, creativity, heart, and gifts are what make him difficult. He is champion at a lower division if he was smaller. He would just be faster and have Margarito like stamina. Fury is a well oiled machine, a machine of war, constantly thinking, testing, trapping, reassessing and trying to stay a step ahead of his opponent, both literally and figuratively. Not only that but what he awww architects in his mind, he can execute because he is so gifted and physically outsizes his opponents.
