Can't find anyone who wants to fight him.

That qualifies him for the A-side bargaining chip in most any purse negotiation.

There's NOTHING fraudulent about him at all.
        December 10, 2016:

New Zealander Joseph Parker claimed the vacant WBO world heavyweight boxing title on Saturday with a contentious majority points decision against Mexican-American Andy Ruiz...

Ruiz came into the fight at 29-0 with 19 knockouts and was the more aggressive fighter throughout the 12-round contest. He pushed forward constantly and had the taller, leaner Parker on the back foot.

Parker landed a few late combinations in the fight, but at least five of the first six rounds appeared to belong to Ruiz.

Ruiz also had the better of three of the last six rounds...

Ruiz was the aggressor through the first half of the fight, stalking Parker in the center of the ring, pushing forward and avoiding Parker's jabs. He scored continuously in the early rounds, showing patience in using his jab, while Parker looked lethargic and struggled to use his left hand to any effect.

Parker tried to lift his effort in the second half of the bout but still seemed ineffective, missing with his jab and mistiming his combinations. He seemed to come into the last round significantly behind and the judges' decision in favor of Parker was a major surprise.

Parker didn't appear to have landed any significant blows throughout the fight and showed a passivity that contrasted with Ruiz's more active style.

        If he side-steps Usyk, he's a fraud!

Winner of circle Joshua -Wilder -Fury will have to fight somebody, so guys like Kownacki, Miller, Whyte will get a chance sooner or latter.

See I can rebuttal the entire thread from a crystal clear synopsis one can read if they want the truth , but if you can’t answer these simple questions that means you don’t really want to know the answer of your question which is answered in the opening post if can read which answers how he can be ranked over Ortiz .
So what you're saying is that rankings mean nothing?

The bid would force whoever buys it to upfront the cost. Joshua typically gets paid off forecasted of gate + ppv etc. and he doesn’t have a direct deal with dazn. Don’t think Hearn has 65mill to upfront Joshua.

I rather see Joshua-Pulev than Usyk. Usyk should earn his shot at the title by fighting a top 5 opponents

If rankings were more consistent across bodies they would mean more. Ortiz is ranked 10th with the IBO, he's fourth with the WBC and the WBA, but the IBF and WBO don't even have him in their top 10.

There's nothing wrong with submitting a fighter to an eye-test. Ortiz is objectively old. He has beaten very few fighters of note. On that basis, it's hard to see why he is ranked so highly by the WBC and WBA.

Pulev, as a unionized worker, probably has some things in his union contract the IBF has to satisfy before they sign the deal.

My guess is Pulev is going to have his 500 washed dishes per night requirement waived during training camp. ALso, he probably needs special gloves to protect his hands since they are so soft from using Palmolive every day.
