It’s been years and still people are making a issue of this
Yet no one ever brings up or makes a thread about Manny being denied a Torodol shot before the fight , which he has used for years previously before fights and if he still uses it before fights.

None of the revenue generated from the fight goes to USADA, so that's irrelevant.
USADA was receiving $10 million a year from the US government and still busted the athlete that was making the US government the most money.
USADA was receiving 150k a year from Mayweather and busting him would have been such a huge feather in the cap of USADA, that it would have made them way more money than a measly 150 grand.
No matter how you slice it, you're hanging your hat on a grand conspiracy theory that has no evidence to support it.
2nd- fluid paid for the testing so USADA did make money from the fight, no fight no testing, no money
3rd- regardless of whether lance was there or not, the government was still paying 10 million a year to test all the athletes, mostly Olympic athletes, the UCI was in control of lance armstrongs testing via USADA
4th- there is mountains of evidence, WADA rules have been broken by USADA, but boxing is not a signatory to WADA, THIS WAS A CONTRACT BETWEEN USADA AND FLUID

Pacquiao paid just as much as Floyd. So why wasn't USADA in Pacquiao's pocket and why didn't they create a false positive test for Floyd? See how ****** these conspiracy theories can get?
Compared to USADA's overall budget, which is largely funded by the US government, what Manny and Floyd paid was small potatoes. Part of why they paid as much as they did is they wanted each other tested with incredible frequency, which increases the cost. 44 tests between the two of them, 44 times a DCO had to be paid to go follow them around and collect a sample. 44 tests that had to be paid for.
The idea that this was some grand bribe is just so ridiculous. And if USADA could be so easily bribed, why was a TUE even needed? Why risk the panel of doctors denying the TUE? It doesn't make any sense. Why not just let Floyd do whatever he wants?
Held to any level of scrutiny, the conspiracy theory falls apart. Who would pay a bribe for a TUE instead of just paying to take any drug you want? It's ludicrous.
