Tues can be granted retroactively, but they cant be applied for retroactively . They are to be applied for before the contest is complete. Or after a dirty pre fight test . Not 3 weeks after the fight . Anyways ,night iam out .over . Again show me another example of someone who applied for a tues 3 weeks after their fight , 3 weeks after the tue was administered . Til then we are done

Floyd never had any history of struggling to make welter, infact i'm pretty sure he fought his next fight at welter too. If his dehydration situation was so critical as to need 15 times the stated non TUE exemption limit, why on earth wouldn't he move up in weight? (Infact after checking, he weighed in exactly 146 for both manny and berto.)
The second curious point is to the 150k payment, instead of the standard 15k.
There are 2 huge exceptions here in what is coincidentally the biggest fight of his entire career. It may well be coincidence but there seems to be a fine line between unusual and shady here.
I'm a huge fan of both fighters btw and have no bias towards either. The same probably cannot be side for a lot of people defending either side of the case hereLast edited by Articulateboxin; 01-19-2020, 03:03 AM.

There's really no controversy here other than what you've invented in your head. Under the rules of Nevada, IV use wasn't cheating. It was completely legal.

"The TUE for Mayweather's IV -- and the IV was administered at Floyd's house, not in a medical facility, and wasn't brought to our attention at the time -- was totally unacceptable," Bennett is quoted as saying in the report. "I've made it clear to [USADA CEO] Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did."
There some quotes from the commission in vegas . And I will find the life and death claim and post it here too . After that iam done with the thread and u can move on son .
