I think being a champ during four decades is harder. My opinion is that, if we took the same boxer that is world class from ages 15-37, we could navigate the weight classes and find favorable matches. Especially, if it's a smaller guy in the lower classes

4 decade champ, I mean how does Pac even keep himself motivated after all this time? A big reason why a fighter slow down is because they lose that fire they use to have when they were still an unknown prospect and as a result, you have guys who reach their peak in their mid 20s and proceed to go downhill from their. When a boxer reaches their goal of a title at such an early age, its not very uncommon for them to lose focus, the mental part is arguably a bigger factor of fighter sliding out of their prime in their 20s and early 30s than the physical part.
