Canelo made a great choice targeting Kovalev, the Krusher train been left the station. Kovalev needs to retire because what happened last night is going to be worse at the hands of any of the other fighters at 175 and a hell of a lot quicker. People around here accused lots of us of being haters because we told them Kovalev was washed up and done..after the first ten rounds last night I’d like someone to argue that we were wrong. Dude wouldn’t through a punch with conviction for shh.
I am wondering if his power is gone too, not just his punch resistance...I thought he was controlling the fight through 10 rounds but Canelo's shots seemed to be more powerful, somehow...was surprising.

This is so fckin cringe if you're not a casual you should know that Kovalev looked very similar to kov in ward fight(s) & especially that these supposed pitty pat jabs were actually part of Kovalevs gameplan(even Sergio Mora & Aatlas had that as keys to victory just as Mcgirt) & like Jacobs/ggg before him he left his hands at home from fear of nelos tremendous counters.(the best in all of boxing by miles.)

Kovalev was impressive in that he actually made Nelo miss horribly which is rare as can be last many fights. Kov threw the same extremely high amount of punches as last few fights, his "pitty pat punches" were identical to the ones that stopped Yarde. Why don't you show us a gif about that fight?

A fixed fight in boxing?? That could never be.

The worst people are the ones that invent random storylines to rationalize one of an infinite number of potentialities or need to assign motivations to draw their entirely speculative conclusions.

STICK TO WHAT YOU CAN MAKE AN ARGUMENT FOR OR AGAINST.

The only REAL evidence you have is the fight.

Cite anything else and you've exposed your intelligence level and automatically discredited yourself.

Did Liston take a dive against Ali?
Did De La Hoya take a dive against Hopkins?
Did McNeely or Seldon take a dive against Tyson?

This stuff isn't going to make sense..

If I start inventing reasons and motivations filtered through my own limited knowledge of these situations or my own imagination.. Then I'm full of S*&%. It's that simple.

Whether you people like it or not, pro boxing is and always has been a clean sport, and if you don't agree you're just a boxing hater and conspiracy whacko living in his mamma's basement needing for attention, thus posting non-stop nonsense on boxing forums.

I had pointed out the exact way it would be done.

Oscar's way as in JCC Jr vs Canelo

                      //krikya360.com/forums/s...d.php?t=831340

Not throwing hard not only gets Canelo/Oscar an easy win.

But saves Canelo from damage so that he'll last very long.

                      Oscar--you clever dog.
