I honestly want Canelo to fight Andrade just so people can stop bringing it up. Stylistically that fight would probably be boring as hell. & I think people, myself included have given Andrade way too much credit. he doesn't have a single world class fighter on his resume & they all but gave him that wbo title. I think Canelo & GGG beat him & kinda wish one have them would fight him take his belt & then fight for all the marbles.

Charlo is on the "wrong side of the street" which has made him a non factor at 160. And after getting a gift against late replacement pillow punching Korobov I have no faith that he beats Andrade, Canelo, GGG, Billy Joe or DJ.

Good for GGG! Stand your ground! That way we get Canelo vs. Andrade, or Canelo vs. Charlo! Thanks GGG!

But this time around, I don’t think he has the leverage he had before. Any true boxing should want Canelo-GGG III over any other option Ginger has. But the legions of idiots that are following the sport nowadays seem to have been convinced that Canelo fighting “Boo Boo?Andrade is somehow a bigger fight than a third GGG matchup. So the demand isn’t there from the hardcore boxing fan base. Not to mention that Oscar and Canelo seem to want GGG to age a little more before crossing that bridge again. So GGG may simply be playing himself if he tries to be firm in this set of negotiations. Because Canelo doesn’t really want the fight. And there’s not a lot of public demand to kinda force him into it.
I disagree wholeheartedly. Many hardcore fans saw how GGG fought in fight two and are resigned to the appearance that GGG is very hittable and can only beat Alvarez if he makes the fight boring. There is nothing left to the imagination in the match up, nor has either fight added any drama. Pac-JMM had knockdowns, come forward action from both fighters, and suspense because leather was being laid round after round. That's nonexistent in this matchup and many aren't sold on the potential that its going to happen.

What folks are intrigued by is whether Alvarez can overcome a stylistic nightmare to become undisputed, something GGG didn't do. They also want to know if Alvarez can beat a legit SMW.

Lastly, why is GGG age a factor only when he decides he wants to fight Alvarez? Did Alvarez force him to sit on the bench for 6+ months before deciding to fight? Did Alvarez force GGG to turn down the Charlo fight which woud have added more luster to the trilogy. Its as if the full responsibility of selling, promoting, and making their fights is on Alvarez while GGG beats soft competition. Just because GGG is trying to make his career and retirement money off Alvarez, doesn't mean Alvarez is compelled to oblige.

Matvey Korobov, Andy Lee, Lucian Bute, Yordanis Despaigne and Andre Dirrell are just some of the men he beat. They were all about his age. If you don't believe me go check. The facts are easily available. The point the OP was making is at the same age Golovkin was fighting in lighter weight classes. Canelo maybe shorter but he is blocky. Look at his neck and legs. He's not tiny compared to Golovkin like some people try and make out. He fought at Canelo weight for an extended time because as he said, "my body feels better at this weight". He takes a punch like an elite middleweight, he hits like a middleweight. He's a middleweight and has been for quite a while.
And I see all those names fighting above 160? GGG could of easily made 168 just like you assume Canelo could earlier. Funny how you only want Canelo move up but not your GOD when the division was dog sht!

Classic hypocrite ggg fans OK with ggg fighting scrubs and never moving up but EVERYONE else has to... I never seen a more disillusional hypocritical fan base. Still remember to this day some of you saying Floyd scurred for not fighting GGG at MW.

#1 P4P CANELO beat Golovkin twice already , everyone knows it.

No one wants to see the khazahk diva get a 3rd shot at the champ and cry like a girl all over again , before & after the fight.

CANELO should just do like he always does & continue to fight all the best fighter's in the world , while Golovkin ducks them.

So Andrade shouldn't get his shot because some think he will lose. Talk to Andy Ruiz about that approach. Further, Charlo wasn't gifted a decision, Korobov didn't believe he won..he just didn't like the one card that had him losing wide and felt that maybe the deck was stacked against him.

Bring on Canelo vs Charlo in Mexico.

Let Golovkin fight Andrade or find another Steve Rolls.
