Some 2018 DAZN business numbers:
— John S. Nash (@heynottheface)
- only 1% penetration into American market (ESPN+ is 5x better)
- $14.3 million in North American revenue (same rev as Fightpass made in 2015)
- 4 million world wide subscribers
- $277.6 mil revenue last year & $77.2 ad rev

... I don't really know if DAZN is a "bubble" or a "dark horse" on the market...

Yes. And the big concern for boxing has got to be that once they go after those big league sports their interest in boxing fades.

Each platform has their challenges. Haymon clearly has a problem with his investors and with Showtime. ESPN have so far seen awful returns from their investment in Top Rank so it remains to be seen whether things can improve going forward.
Don't think there will necessarily be a winner, more like swings and roundabouts as belts switch hands and networks.
