GGG's career was a complete disappointment. I used to defend the guy quite a bit, so it's not like I dislike the guy.
Some of the things that happened to GGG wasn't his fault, but other things he has to blame himself a bit for it. Including the Canelo matches. He could have done that little extra, but he chose not to.

I don't know how anyone can look at that 1st photo of ggg posing with the most beat up face imaginable & say he won with a straight face. He arguably got his face beat worse than chavez jr: heres a comparison pic:
Even though it looks horrible above his eyes,gggs looks worse in other ways,his nose was broke & swollen to sht,with a horrible cut & nose bloody. Granted it was because jr just covered instead of fighting like ggg. But nonetheless jr can say at least canelo didn't mess his face as bad,ggg looks like canelo took his soul in that 1st pic where it was with some pretty girl, you can tell he looks embarrassed & in the vids hes walking like hes hurt from his legs.
