Whose more afraid of Stevenson ? Duva or Kovalev; best kept secret in the LHW div. Bend over with your chin on your knees and see if someone can punch you in the nuts. Thats the frivolity of the butt-hurt whiners after the Ward/Kovalev beatdown. Question is, on the come back will Kov keep the 'balls in the belly" defense?

The smart move for duva is to have a msg card with kov brown bivol and smith.

They would also mention that boxing and Las Vegas specifically has a history of corruption and house judges decisions. But this writer mentioned none of those things. Therefore, he seems like a hack. I don't mean that personally, I did not even look at the writers name so I don't know them personally at all, but based on those clear, su****ious omissions from the article, any fair-minded person would have to suspect that he's a hack.

Are you female? Cuz you're sounding like the occasional woman does when she gits a bit too petty. I commented I agreed with what the guy says. You don't like what I said, move along bub. No need to get all neurotic. Geez, lighten up pal.

[QUOTE=MDPopescu;18965513]... Adonis is old by now... years back he used to hold a wide punch selection...

Good post Doc. Adonis haters can hate on, his career speaks for itself. If he had fought more often since 2013 we ALL would have been happier, but the Kovalev stuff and the drop-off in the division until 2017 wasn't his fault. He's fought who they've managed to get in front of him.

FACT: Kovalev could've had the Stevenson fight. They ran from the purse bid ... 'cause they couldn't control everything if they lost ... much like the nonsense put forth by Joshua towards Wilder.

No fighter has to take a fight under "any ole conditions" just to satisfy fans. All fighters should try to get decent and fair fight conditions in a contracted fight, that aren't all one-sided.

            for Kov's whiners!

And he pointed out that the blows were low multiple times during the fight. Ward got warned for hitting low twice by the ref.

Try to actually watch the fight before talking about it.
There are lots of pics and videos showing Ward hitting Kovalev clean multiple times during the 2nd fight ... and Kov slowly fading. Whether the disputed blows were low or not (you must protect at all times) it was apparaent Kov was whooped and looking to the ref for help. It's not in dispute from any objective minds ... just Kovy fans ignoring what was apparent to everyone else.

Kov lost. Period. Even if the fight wasn't stopped, he was gonna lose on the cards or be tko'd. He lost .... move on.
