It's been since day 1 Joshua doesn't want to fight Wilder. They are showing and acting like it. Hearn is a scam artist.

It's a shame that I hope Pedvetkin wins because he would have the heart to fight Wilder next and not make a million excuses.

Christ, what a douchebag. He needs to go mute again.

It’s becuase he doesn’t have any fans where Joshua fights and there’s a whole world outside of America. I know it’s a tough concept to grasp but there are a lot of people in Europe, plenty to sell out stadiums many times over. He doesn’t need Wilder, Wilder needs him.

The only reason for AJ to chase Wilder at all costs would be for ego, to get respect, to have ‘all’ the belts. He’s saying ‘why bother?’ because in 10 years from now he’ll be done and richer for managing his career cleverly. Smart man.
What tickets? Who? I wouldn't spend a nickel on it. He wants to fight a guy he thinks you could get in shape and beat. He likes them easy, he just said so. I'll watch Lucy reruns first.

And btw, they will fight, so the fans will get what they want, I’m maybe just more patient. If anything it’s good for Wilder, the more he can work on improving the better.

Most people I know aren’t fixated on Wilder, technically Povetkin is as good opponent and it’s a good match up.
Not sure what Widlers resume has to do with the fact the so called world champ has told us to train and fight Wilder. The so calledworld champ has said he doesn't care what boxing fans want and seemingly isnt interested in fighting the other champ.

Seriously, there's no defending that puzzysh it

Always been a fan of both AJ and Wilder - don’t mind the pair of them getting their mandatories out the way next but if they don’t fight in their next fight (regardless of who’s to blame) it’s unforgivable. Neither of them have a great resume at this stage of their careers and the division is hardly stacked with talent so it’s time to see who the number 1 is. It’s a difficult fight to call - I’d give wilder the edge early, Joshua mid rounds and then probably Wilder in the championship rounds as AJ hasn’t got great stamina... can’t see it going the distance either way and tbh think they’ll probably fight more than once...

Yeah exactly, no one takes any notice of the sanctioner rankings or the Ring or BoxRec
or TBRB so yeah, make up you’re own system, I’m sure it’ll catch on.

Blimey you actually went for a run and started shadow boxing off that comment, he really needs to watch what he says, people gonna be having heart attacks!

You know sometimes people say something and it doesn’t quite come out how was intended. The guy has proven time and time again he does care about his fans.

UK fans are down but come on man there is not way to defend this mess. trash, been lookin at his interviews. when wilders name is brought up there is a clear discomfort, not sure if its hearn telling him not to say much and he wants too or is he nervous. ill post one... there is clearly something up with aj but he should have stayed n the background n been quite like he was for months after he asked for the $50mil. good luck to him in his next fight

Oh man, this is bad. Updated sig with AJ's quote. This makes me sad. For a couple weeks I really thought Wilder-AJ would happen this fall. That's a shame.

That’s a fair comment. The fight will happen, everyone needs to calm down analysing every part of the negotiation like they’re all on CSI. Shelley is probably in on all the plans and this whole thing is to build the fight anyway, pointless getting emotional about it.

I don’t agree with your analysis, I see a big difference in skill between them but I’d be interested to see the Brazeale fight though, might change my opinion a little.
