I go off the best available evidence. In this case there's two principals involved in the negotiation. One of them has said they will be sending a contract. The other has not disputed this. Ergo, we're justified in believing this to be the case.

Should you provide evidence to the contrary I will weigh it and if persuasive I will change my view accordingly.

And he says wilder will get a contract by the end of the week ? Why not today or tomorrow at the latest ? Especially since wilder said Sunday he would take the offer .
Hearns is clearly trying to set this up, so he can blame wilder.

But it is obvious to any sane person who is preventing this fight.

Haha exactly. "This isn't the way things work, we have to see a contract before we can take the offer seriously"

          Makes offer, without contract.

Deontay accepts it, privately and then socially.

"Ok, contract will be sent over in a week...you better be serious Deontay"

Signs contract with Povetkin and holds emergency press conference

"Deontay wouldn't sign, he took too long, he wasn't serious"

I see a lot of insecure US fanboys looking for excuses to put the blame on Eddie Hearn if Wilder doesn't sign the contract he asked for.

Or maybe Hearn really is trying to make the fight and Wilder wasn't bluffing when he asked Eddie to send him a contract?

In which case, the fight is on ... and you won't have to worry about who gets the blame for it not happening!

Finkel made an offer to Hearn via social media and refused to talk to him about the details of that offer.

Hearn made a counter offer, in private, to Al Haymon, and his father then flew to the States to meet with Finkel and discuss the details with him.

Are you really too dumb to see the difference between those 2 situations?
