The REAL issue here is AJ put Hearn's back against the wall by saying "offer me $50million, I'll sign right away." Hearn's balls are now chopped off. His fighter got his desired demand there's nothing more for Hearn to ask for.

And if Hearn takes the money Wilder is now A side. Period. If Haymon is gonna front $50mill Wilder is in the driver seat and Hearn does not wanna relinquish control of this event. That's what it boils down to.

If AJ takes his money then Wilder picks the venue. That shouldn't even be debateable. And we all know that fight belongs in Vegas.

A) they’ve never bought or negotiated for a piece of property. You realize the first thing you do is negotiate the price and if that’s accepted then you work out the details such as closing date , inspection or What ever other clause they see fit and the buyer /seller can walk if the clauses aren’t met

But the price is always the issue that needs to be agreed upon before proceeding. AJ States his price , Wilders team agreed now if you want to proceed just say you’ll accept the price offered and then move forward with the details

The reasonig of these people , when you buy a house you need to meet with the seller first or when you buy a house the buyer can try and pay 1 dollar a year for a million years or The house might be a cabin in the ****** if you don’t have a iron clad agreement before you settle in the price . All of you are shook making up a ton of excuses. 50 million was offered, once you accept that offer you have agreed to the asking price now you sit down and straighten out the details, venue, gloves, etc...

If you don't accept the 50 million offer to begin with then you don't want the fight period.

What a weak argument. Why in the world would I be shook? I'm sure AJ and Hearn would accept the $50 million if the rest of the agreement is not unreasonable, but why is it so hard to meet and talk about it?

Think about it, if the offer/incentive for AJ and Hearn to take the fight is a guaranteed minimum of $50million, what in the world could be such a serious deal breaker that they can't even meet to discuss the rest of the terms before coming to an agreement.

Now I have no idea what's going, but what if they're asking for Joshua to leave Hearn? Like I said, I don't know, but usually when something seems too good to be true, it is.

Agreeing in principle to one aspect of a negotiation is not a legally enforceable verbal contract. Think about what you're suggesting here. How could any negotiation ever even occur in any industry if giving a thumbs up to one deal point meant you were legally trapped into a deal regardless of the other deal points? Doesn't make any sense.

and you have no knowledge of whether the funding for the fight could infringe on contracts and legalities held by AJ already.

Which is why if Hearn says that 50 million would be acceptable if the other details are to his liking, they can start negotiating the other details. But if Hearn wouldn't take 50 million no matter what, why would you start negotiating the color of the ring posts?

Pretty silly statement. "Provision of services" agreements are very common in boxing. When you sign a fighter, you're hiring them for their services, which is to fight.

Hell, even maids and hookers know the details of the services they will provide, such as what, where and when.

WHAT: A fight
WHERE: At a site of Deontay's choosing, most likely Las Vegas.
WHEN: Between September and December

Once money has been agreed to in concept, you start planning the specific date, site, etc. If there's no agreement on money, there's no fight, and therefore no need for a date or a site.
