You need to at least see the house you are buying, not to mention meeting with the seller.
You don't buy a house based on pictures.
    Kills me with these clowns.
Why are they afraid of meeting Hearn?

Me: If you can find me a 4 bedroom, for £275,000 in the south. I'd buy that house tomorrow.

Estate agent : Hey. I found that house you wanted.

Me: Great, when can I see it.

Estate agent: Oh, you can't. Tell me your having it now or I won't even meet you for a viewing.

You're missing the point. AJ is not buying a house. AJ is the house. AJ said his price is $50 million. Wilder said, I would like to buy you. Wilder's offer needs to be accepted before you start drawing up contracts.

I used the same analogy here a couple of days ago.

LOL yea agree. Joshua got us to this situation. And fair f#cking play to Joshua Joshua wants to get paid max money cuz this sport ain't no f#cking joke. Give me $50M now so I can retire a year earlier & sh^t too. Thats the mfing plan if I'm Joshua.

And if Hearn takes the money Wilder is now A side. Period.
Eh, no. Thats not how this sh^t works. Y'all mfers keep trying to act like you can make up your own A side, B side rules. Joshua is A side. If Joshua gets KO'd in 22 seconds to Wilder odds are Joshua is still gonna be bigger & the A side in the rematch.

If Haymon is gonna front $50mill Wilder is in the driver seat and Hearn does not wanna relinquish control of this event. That's what it boils down to.
Agree thats part of it. And in general its a bad look for some new player to be paying Joshua a career high purse right before his deal with Hearn is up. If I'm trying to swipe Joshua from Hearn I'm on some sh^t like this trying to get myself in play & get myself closer to Joshua & knowing that I can make him more bank than Hearn can.

Lol. And you figure this how? Nowhere in their discussions were they discussing 'buying' AJ. They were arguing about how much the fight is worth.

No matter who the fighter is, they are not whores to be bought and sold after they name their price. That's why EVERYONE negotiates at the table. Ask yourself why Wilder and his team are having such trouble setting up a meeting and sitting down to iron out the details. WHY would they want a verbal agreement without any details - something that NEVER happens in the real world.

Hearn's requests are not outrageous, they're normal. He says money sounds good, let's sit down and see what you propose. Shelley is being cagey for some reason.

No way. AJ makes great money by himself, fighting good opposition. He would make this same $50M in the next 2-3 fights. There's no way in hell AJ is even thinking about cashing out.

Eddie Hearn won't make this fight for the final fight of Anthony Joshua's contract. He will have AJ make a low risk title defence, if possible, then use the Deontay Wilder fight as incentive to get a new, long-term contract signed. I don't know how many times I have to say this before you idiots realize that's what's happening. The fight isn't going to happen next because it doesn't fit Eddie's agenda.

I think Wilder read that. Pro boxers and their teams read these threads even though they act like they're too cool for it. Almost everything that Abel Sanchez spews was something spread on NSB days prior. They not fooling me.

I'm not saying he's cashing out this year. I'm just saying the sooner he gets 50M per fight the sooner he can get that 50M working for him & the sooner he can get out of this harsh f#cking business.

More money sooner is +EV to boxers. Marinating sh^t out for years is +EV for promoters. And usually just insures boxers keep boxing into their late 30's, sometimes 40's to get those extra paydays they are able to get due to that marinating. But its doing their bodies no favors. Its boxing. You wanna get in & gtfo with a big pile of money. F#ck marinating. Give me the big check today & lets kill it & gtfo with some brain cells intact.
