DBN now say GGG and Canelo are ducking Charlo..lol

In 2013 GGG had been a pro for 7 years and was 30. Charlo has been in the game for 10 years and is a couple months shy of 28. GGG also came from obscurity and from a country it didn't look like he could turn pro. He was an outsider with limited to no connections. Charlo has one of the most powerful advisors. One who's capable of cherry picking and making a 4 division champ out of a mediocre fighter like Broner.

I don't think GGG had much choice of not letting Cotto and Canelo **** around with the belt. He would have been dumb to fight Saunders in June when Oscar said if you do there's no fight especially since he was going to make $30-40m maybe more off Canelo the biggest name in the sport arguably. It's clear he's at Canelo's mercy so you have to give certain concessions when your guaranteed those figures especially in a sport where if your lucky you'll make $1-2m as a great champion.

of course you always have choices....when you say "unifying is my dream" and use it to duck certain challenges that you said you were up to....u better damn well follow through.....

its funny because when other fighters moved away from golovkin to make tons of money they were called ******* for it....when golovkin does it its just "plain old smart"

whatever the circumstances golovkin said it was his dream and hes yet to achieve it when it should have been done or attempted by now

as i said before...charlos resume isnt that far off from spences at this point...its not far off from most 27-28 year olds.....you can make excuses till the cows come home.....facts are charlos resume is no worse than 2013 golovkins...and charlo still has time....charlos resume is really no worse than 33 year old beterbievs or 31 year old usyks or gvozdyk(granted charlo better make a move quick or else he will fall behind usyk real quick)..........so you can tell me about the prestige of being an olympian in other countries and their "reasons" but they dont really matter

what if i sat here and complained that "no one will fight charlo...hes so dangerous and no one wants to fight him...hes so ducked...andrade ducked out of a fight with his brother.....lara wont fight him......all the guys at 160 are scared to death because hes too risky but doesnt bring enough to make it worth it"....the way guys cried about golovkin being avoided......i mean....can you tell me its not true?

basically what its taken from sanchezs comments is that they arent keen on fighting charlo now or even next year....do you disagree with that take?

I dont disagree but I'm talking about Abel's contradictions. Able wasnt discussing rules and regulations, he was called on for a contradictory statement and the sht flew back in his face.

I didn't hear any contradictory statement from Abel there.

He could have told Dontae he was wrong in saying that Charlo was GGG's mando - he won't be mando till he beats Centeno and the WBC order the fight - but instead he just kept repeating that he doesn't care about Charlo or the people who are calling for GGG to fight him.

Imo, Abel only goes on DBN to troll that racist Dontae and his ignorant audience by saying things that he knows are going to annoy them. I like Abel in troll mode - he's funny!

canelo moved away to make tons of money fighting liam smith? doesnt really add up what you are saying. if ggg was fighting willie monroe now instead of charlo yes that would be a good comparison. unless you are saying charlo is better than canelo which would be absurd. canelo is better and brings him more money unlike liam smith who was worse and brought him less money.

I said last September that Charlo will NEVER fight GGG, maybe not Canelo either. The truth is we're getting 3 fights out of Canelo and GGG. Its financially the best option for both guys considering what's available (especially if it's another close fight). Oscar's not putting Canelo anywhere near Charlo. There's more of a likelyhood of Canelo fighting a Danny Jacobs or Andrade for Network reasons.
