a win over brook at ww is miles above a win over that 1 legged argetinian at mw, imho... spence is at the top of his division right now, charlo not so much yet... i think saunders and jacobs deserve a shot first if you ask me. . charlo and andrade are a bit behind until they fight better opposition at mw...

Do we really think GGG (and his team) who is 350 fights as an amateur and 38 fights as a pro afraid to fight Jermall CHarlo?????

It does make more sense for GGG to fight ALvarez, BJS, Jacobs at 160, Ramirez, Euban vs Groves winner at 168.

Hell, Andrade does more for his legacy.

I understand Charlo wants that GGG vs Nelo payday.

But he should fight Andrade who has been chasing his a$$. Would dontae ****** nation press Charlo trainer to fight Andrade, i don't think so.
press jermall to fight andrade? heck jermell had the fight and andrade backed out....charlo dont need to be pressed to fight anyone

a win over brook isnt that much better than a win over 2016 trout imo......now if you take the word of golovkin fans brook wasnt the same guy post golovkin.....if we are going off that im not sure its much better

man for man there isnt a ton of difference, if much at all, in resumes of charlo and spence

Charlo is isn't GGG's mando and the fight hasn't been ordered by any sanctioning organization. You are making a false comparison based on either ignorance or bias then criticising GGG fans because of it.
lara wasnt a mando for ggg either....yet many criticized golovkins people for being dismissive of him and not even considering making the fight

i dont care if the wbc ordered a canelo rematch and charlo isnt his mando.....the talk from sanchez speaks volumes...they arent interested and thats what you can hear from sanchez.....hes dismissive as saying charlo hasnt done enough to deserve a shot....what hes saying(and you know damn well what hes saying) is that charlo is too dangerous with no reward and that hes not even on their radar....

Their boxing culture is to stay amateur longer for multiple reasons (prestige and being Olympic champion in those countries is perhaps bigger than world champion for one) and it's a relatively new thing them turning pro even. I think one other way of looking at it perhaps is that they stay amateurs so long it's harder for them to get a "pro style" but they still go for titles quicker than the rest of the world. I appreciate that they have their reasons of staying pro longer and then don't waste too much time once they are pro's.

I just find it ironic that a lot of the same people who blasted and still blast GGG's resume and his decisions (i.e to unify the division, to fight the biggest name in the sport again) are propping up a guy like Charlo who outside of a close win over the smaller, shopworn Austin Trout has done what? I mean his resume is thinner than GGG's was even back in 2013.
charlos resume is not thinner than gggs 2013...i think we both know that....we could argue it and if you want to say its slightly thinner ill give it up without arguing cause i dont feel like nitpicking weak opposition on both sides

the difference is charlo is 4 years younger than golovkin would have been at that point right?

i think we all know golovkins "unify" stuff was a built in excuse to duck ward and chase money.....if he werent he wouldnt have let cotto and canelo play around with the belt.....he would have fought BJS without listening to oscar..or hed be fighting BJS now........we all know his "dream" is a crock ...its obvious....hes no different....hes been chasing a smaller guy that brings a bunch of money

i think even those who "prop" up charlo are still realistic about who he is at this point.....hes basically in that land between prospect and world champ/top level .....his resume is thin.....but he isnt 31-33 years old like most of the other EE guys .....hes still 27 and if they push him right over the next 3 years he will be in the same spot as those guys

when golovkin was desperate for a big a fight a 27 year old kid gave him his shot......his big money and all that....maybe one day golovkin will return the favor to an up and comer?

Golovkin is at the end of his career (if not already), he should do whatever the **** he wants. He's going to be what, 36 when he rematches Canelo? That's old in boxing, nobody can deny it. Fighting Canelo and then BJS isn't a bad path at all. BJS has wins over Eubank Jr., Andy Lee, Lemieux, and Willie Monroe. What middleweights has Jermall beaten at middleweight (that weren't injured)?
                    Yet Dontae thought Jacobs won...SURPRISING

Abel says after Canelo (should they win) their target is BJS. makes perfect sense to me but Dontae keeps pushing the Charlo talk.

now all of the sudden mandatories ***** everything else? what about all the criticism rained down on Brook for facing his mandos.

when did Charlo become this killer worth ducking? his signature win is Jrock. and we know Charlo was a weight bully at 154.

what agenda is Dontae pushing? he's riding Charlo's wave extra hard for somebody with such a trash resume.

is Charlo really a career defining fight for GGG? let's not forget he was ducked by Eubank, Froch, Sturm and Martinez. does beating Charlo do anything to enhance GGG historically?

I like Charlo but to say hes this beast thats being ducked is d*ck riding to the fullest
                      .
One reason why some are pushing it is because for once its a good mandatory unlike 95%.But I think D Jacobs should be 1st.Gotta say little disappointed in GGG he complains no one wanted to fight him(which was true)but soon as he fought somone who gave him the fight of his career so far(along with canelo)he never says his name again.I get going for canelo 1st(buis)but after rematch he should fight danny or he just becomes all those guys who ducked him.
