Laughing doesn't change the facts. Stiverne was #2 or #3 in all of the major independent rankings.

As usual Lennox delivers the truth.

Can anyone rember that video where Lennox was teaching Wilder how to throw a jab?

Seriously, Wilder was so unskilled that he clearly had no understanding of what Lewis was saying, it was embarrassing.

Lewis was all class there. Just trying to share his wisdom with the younger Wilder.

There are 7 billion people on the planet. Being top 2 or 3 doesn't make you one of the best? You must have very high standards.

Even if that's the case (and if it is it would reflect the complete dearth of HW talent at the time rather than Stiverne's performances) it's not uncommon for fighter's perceived ability to be overhyped off the back of one or two good showings.

Ultimately, when it comes down to appreciating a fighter's real level, you need to look at their record, rather than their hype.

                    So looking at Stiverne's record

                    1. The best name on Stiverne's record is Chris Arreola. I think this point speaks for itself

                    2. In his 13th fight Stiverne was knocked out by Demetrice King in 4 rounds. King's record was 11-14-0 at the time

                    3. After facing Wilder, Stiverne faced Derric Rossy and struggled to a decision win, having been dropped heavily in the first round.
This is Derric Rossy, who got flattened in 2 rounds by Audley. F**king. Harrison.
Even if you argue that the Wilder loss and inactivity took a lot out of him, or that he had a bad night; no capable fighter has any business struggling past a Harrison KO victim.

I always say that I think Wilder's a strong fighter. He certainly passes the eye test - but anyone who tries to defend his record just ends up looking dumb, in my eyes

Lennox Lewis has Oliver McCall and Hassim Rahcman issues, shut up and drink your tea, Wilder is confident and until your bum countryman fraud stops being scared and steps up to the challenge, take his place so you can get stretched tough guy!!!!
