If you were in Rigo's or Loma's corner, what advice would you give?

What would be the strategy for either to gain the win??

Rigo-Id tell him to apply pressure and keep Loma going backwards, if he wants to trade I feel it would be to Rigo's advantage as he has the faster hands and more precise punching skills.

Loma-Keep moving and turning Rigo and pepper him while moving in and out, hope to hurt him coming in or tire him out by making him work more then we wants to.

Lomachenko I'd tell him use your size and strength back Rigondeaux up make it a physical fight

Rigondeaux I'd tell him stay in the center of the ring don't go near the ropes use your speed skills outthink outbox him

I think opposite I think Rigo needs to make Loma lead and counter.Loma needs to use a lot of feints and try and counter also but he needs to also use his great feet to put Rigo on ropes and corner and keep him there and outwork him.I really think this is going to be tough for Loma at start. But if he can outwork him and maybe get a flash KN or 2 that's his best bet imo.

I'd tell Rigo over and over, "don't let him out-work you". Because I know that's what is going to happen. I think Rigo is more precise, with better defense, but Loma's key to victory is to use volume and angles so that Rigo never feels comfortable throwing. Rigo's whole thing is waiting for openings, which is why his fights can be a bore sometimes.

Your advice would get rigo put to sleep he never gets into exchanges or pressures anyone cause he has a fragile chin.

rigo the one goin forward ?

loma is the heavier guy with less reach and the historically more aggressive fighter and the guy who is more comfortable with a higher paced fight.

a slow paced fight will suit rigo. he isnt gonna want a high output fight. his chin is susceptible especially at the higher weight.

i would tell rigo to make loma pay early to discourage him from being aggressive.

and i would tell loma to not load up and use the jab and combinations , have high output

Rigo - avoid being outworked by a large margin. Go to the body early.

Loma - use broken rhythm to offset Rigo's well-timed counters. And make the pace uncomfortable for the older fighter.

Rigo would get KTFO pushing the action and trying to be the aggressor. His best chance is fighting off the back foot and keeping things in the center of the ring. Countering is the way he wins this fight.

Your advice for Rigo is in my opinion totally wrong. Rigo shouldnt trade with Lomachenko, who likes to work off his opponents aggressiveness.
Rigo is not used to lead a fight, he is not used to fight a high paced fight and he is not used to the additional weight (probably mostly muscle mass), which is going to limit his stamina.

He has incredible timing with his left straight and knows how to trap his opponent. If he is starting to apply pressure, he is more easy to read, because his offense is not versatile enough to surprise Lomachenko.

What he should be doing is too slow down the pace. He is not going to outwork Lomachenko. Rigondeaux mostly throws throwaway jabs and follows them up with hard lefts. Lomachenko is much more comfortable with throwing dozens of light shots while sneaking hard shots inbetween.

Rigondeaux needs to make him pay, whenever lomachenko jumps in, so that Lomachenko starts to hesitate with his offense.
By slowing down the pace, Rigondeaux is going to be able to make it his fight, a high speed chess match with him being able to land the cleaner shots from midrange.

I hate boxers do it, but rigo should also add the notorious punch and clinch skill so that lomachenko cant do whatever he wants.
                    Maybe add some lowblows too.
