I think your overestimating the current heavy weight scene

Out of shape Lewis couldn't beat Rahman and we both know Rahman's power, size, skill does not compare to AJ or Wilder. Lewis' power doesn't either for that matter, he had great power but Wilder & AJ have special power.

Vitali was a big tough fighter but had average power, a leaky defense and a poor resume. There are like 10+ guys in the division right now that could beat all the guys he beat.

I'm not even sure Vitali gets passed prime Sanders who was one of the few larger HW's with power/speed from his era. Sanders had him on bambi legs in round 1 but punched himself out that round (he came out of retirement). Chisora also gave him a tough fight landing plenty of shots.

blacks are the ones that hug the most but Evander does have a point. Look at Mayweather, the king of hugging, he won all the time. Refs should start deducting points and the hugging sessions would end.

Klits hurted HW by their boring holdings? BULL SHYT! In this case Rigondeaux hurt bantamweight... by his such dominance and people didn't like his style. He doesn't hold or anything. It's just style + dominance and isn't his/their fault.

Lennox Lewis in Vitaly fight was shyt, he aint stopped anyone. Doctor stopped but if you want to say Lewis did that then how the hell one-eyed Vitaly buttered Lewis round after round? Did you see Lennox' nose cut? Did you see him breathing heavy? Did you see how relieved he was he escaped?
Nobody stopped Vitaly ever. When it was his hand trauma it was his own stoppage. And when it was the oponent who produced the cut (Lennox) he was far from stoppage and he was twice ready to fight than 'winner'

Both brothers lost to the ONLY A level opponents they fought. Wlad lost to Fury/AJ and numerous journeymen while a hungry prime Vitali got beat by a 38 year old obese Lewis that barely even trained for the fight.

It's not the klitchkos fault they dominated.. they didn't dodge anybody and took on all comers for years

Rahman in 04/05/06 is about the closest thing

Who refused to fight each other? The Klitschkos? Are you and everyone that called for them to fight calling out the Charlos to fight each other?

The division ****** and it still sucks. Back then the two top guys didn't fight each other because they're brothers, now, the two top guys (AJ/Beyonce) aren't fighting each other because they're puśsies.

Same as the old Mayweather ran argument, Boxers do what they need to do to win, they are not there to entertain & leave themselves open to be KO'd for entertainment, it's not the Klitschko brothers fault that so many of their opponents couldn't adapt and come out on top against them and their so-called hugging.

True. If Fury was still in the game, we'd have an amazing division. Wilder and AJ are pretty good though. It's just that there ain't much left once these two fight each other. I guess they beat everybody else, fine, but we need some more competition. Sadly, unless you are 6'6 or taller you're not very likely to be competitive. Most people are simply not that tall which is why the amount of contenders at top level HW will remain sparse compared to MW or LHW or whatever. I don't think it'll ever be a stacked division again after the giants took over.
