I'm a Joshua fan and I respect Parker as a genuine threat to this division so I think 70/30 split is fair share. I like Parker he does his talking in the ring and think he could beat anyone on his day!

LOL. I mean I think Wilder asking for 50/50 is nuts, but Parker saying 50/50 is...well beyond nuts thats for sure.
I'd think Wilder should be getting 55/45 Joshua's way best f#cking case & I'd say 60/40 or 65/35 is probably more reasonable. And idk if I'm short selling Parker, but I'm feeling like he should be getting it cut 65/35 Joshua's way best case & probably more like 70/30.
How many seats is Parker f#cking selling? What numbers (ratings/gate) did the Fury fight do?
I mean sh^t man is anyone paying attention to what Joshua is doing? Pretty sure Joshua is the only active guy who had more fans watch him fight than attended those 4 MayMac press conferences ffs. Joshua is on a whole other level of popularity to any HW including the other 2 title holders.
I've said this a couple times, but there really needs to be a math equation created for how purse cuts get decided (along with a winners portion that obviously either guy could walk away with) based on what sorta PPV numbers you got, what sorta TV ratings you got, what sorta gate sales you got & hell maybe even how much merch you sold or other sh^t that tells how popular you are. Then there would be nothing to f#cking debate & no gamesmanship & playing chicken with making fights. Just f#cking fight & lets figure out your fair market value & give it to you & thats that.

To offer Parker & Wilder less of a % then if AJ had a mandatory go to purse bid is pretty disrespectful especially since they both hold straps
I get AJ / Hearn are in the drivers seat but they're acting like giant douches since they have the power. They expect all other HW to beg and grovel and accept and be happy with whatever crumbs they throw their way
But every fight AJs in is a big fight though

20% is crazy low, it's not like they are fighting someone without a belt.
Also he made 1.1 million on the Hughie fight and that's not counting any of the money from ticket sales or view sales.
If their so confident that theis fighter will win should make it 80% to the winner of the fight.

When looking to make a fight, any fight you can disregard past competition and who has the better resume. You can disregard who holds a belt or not, you can even discount what a win over a certain fighter would do for their credibility. When making a fight the ONLY criteria is who sells the most tickets, who gets the most views and who sells the most PPV's.
When it comes to purses in any big fight the simplistic question is, as far as revenue is concerned, what do you bring to the table? As Ben Shapiro might say, 'facts don't care about your feelings.' That is why Connor McGregor was able to make more money in his professional debut that many fighters make in their whole careers.
Now I'm not saying we have to like that, or that we feel as a concept it is 'fair' but that is how the free market works. So with that being the case an 80/20 split is more than fair because Joshua brings the bulk of the interest to the table in this fight. As Joe holds a strap and I know Joshua would of course like to unify, let's add an additional 5% to Parker for he strap and I come to a 75/25 split as being the best compromise for both parties.
