He's 40 and not fought in 2 years, he let him waste energy, carried him in fact and then proceeded to systematically break him down and beat the hell out of him.

Where was this monster puncher anyway with this punch of death? Little Floyd was outweighed by about 20lbs and walked through everything he had with a smile on his face the whole time lol

The fight was fixed. Floyd looked like **** against Berto and I'm a Floyd fan.

There were a few times I got the impression Floyd was laughing and I started wondering if he's just carrying McGregor. I got to watch it again to see if that was just my imagination. I was shocked at how badly Mayweather was missing punches and he seemed slower than ever. He definitely needs to hang 'em up if this is him at his current "best". He would've been beaten by many of the top welterweights at this stage.

Hell yeah but much props to conor he did very well, I say give up mma, get your stamina up and try out boxing I think he beat a few fighters and make alot of money in the process.

People don't understand what they're watching. "Floyd carried him early" etc. It's about reach, geniuses. Conor was longer, bigger, and also very smooth as you said. Floyd couldn't do **** early because whenever he tried to get in range for his punches, he was already in Mcgregor's range and he had to be very careful. Floyd is not used to fighting guys with longer reaches. It's almost never happened his entire career.

Just like Jon Jones in UFC can dominate Cormier, but have trouble with Gustafsson who isn't necessary as good as Cormier. But styles make fights, and reach is a huge part of controlling range. Mcgregor has long reach, pretty good speed, and good timing and eyes. He is very similar to Floyd in a way, just not as fast as prime Floyd, and without the gas tank or experience. But Floyd did not carry him early. Mcgregor is just far better, offensively (until he gasses), than anyone Floyd had fought really his entire career. Obviously prime Pacquiao was better but Pacquiao is like three weight classes smaller than Mcgregor, and has a short reach.

I don't know who looked worse recently; Mayweather or Paquiao. I guess Floyd. At least Pacquiao looked severely diminished against an actual boxer. Still glad Floyd won. Losing to MacGregor would have been bad for our sport.

There were about 90% times in close proximity where Floyd didn't land when he easily could WITH his guard up. This whole charade of a bout...I guess when thr money is so huge Floyd switched to troll mode
