Check the date on the article you linked to, fuckwit ... MAY 2015, months before GGG signed for Lemieux and was installed as mando for the winner of Cotto/Canelo. And Loeffler was talking in the past tense about an offer that had already been made and rejected even earlier than that.

Thinking 2 or 3 fights ahead is not the same as asking somebody to sign contracts for 2 or 3 fights ahead.

Boxing news for dummies .. Wade was GGG's mando, and he fought Brook because Eddie Hearn offered him the fight NEXT, when he needed an opponent, and paid him 2/3 times more than he would have got for fighting Ward.
