Comments Thread For: Andre Ward on Jackson: 100% He Called, He Incriminated Himself

The controversy continues. A few days ago, krikya360.com first broke the news that Sergey Kovalev's head trainer, John David Jackson, held several conversations with members of Andre Ward's team - regarding the possibility of jumping ship.

          Commandment 9:

“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor" Exodus 20:16

This is further evidence Ward is NOT really a Christian.

If Jackson was trying to cover anything up I doubt he'd just say "Nah I didn't call them but I'm available for the right price".

Ward is being a silly boy.

He used to talk all the time about his admiration of Mayweather's tactics. Making offers to "enemy" coaches was one of those tactics. They just don't have Mayweather's check book.

Kovalev has made racial comments about blacks before. And we saw how he was disrespectful to JDJ in the corner during the last fight.

We also know that Egis Klimas pushed out James Ali Bashir as Usyk's trainer.

So this all has the ring of truth to it. Jackson has probably been made to feel very uncomfortable and unwanted by Kovalev's team.

There are rumors that there is a "tape" of the convos, so he cant deny they never took place or that they even talked money. He can only defend himself by saying they called me.

I think that's what Ward was hinting at with "there is a trail."

Regardless of who called who, the fact that he did say he would have jumped if they met his price says a lot about how unhappy he is.

Yea, I actually feel terrible for the guy but one thing I've learned in business; don't trust anyone to keep secrets for you. Always assume the truth will get out. Even if someone believes his story, JDJ still brought this on himself.

He's just there for a check. It seems obvious now.
