Comments Thread For: Jacobs: Golovkin Opponents B-Class; I'm A Lot Different Than That

It will be interesting to see what Jacobs can prove against a very tough opponent. I think it will be fairly easy for Jacobs to exceed most expectation because people expect the breeze from a Golovkin punch to wobble him.
I still expect Jacobs to lose because I think Golovkin will just land too much on him but Jacobs is certainly going to get some of his in return.

Basically I would have to bet $1800 on GGG to win $100 and $800 to win $100 against GGG and the EXPERTS make up betting lines. But sone RTard thinks for some reason Lemuix smokes Jacobs??? Dude is high on some good FKN drugs and is hanging out with PEDketkin....

If you have any clue, the majority of heavy betting action is circulated out of the New York area, whether its NFL, MLB, NBA or fights, Jacobs in this case is the "hometown" pick, and would obviously be never given the same amount of pay back as Lemieux

So if Golovkin's opponents have been B, Jacob's opponents have been.........
Jacobs hasn't been fighting King Kong every time out, but the folks that Jacobs has fought matter, bad ledger slate or not (fighting two guy with upside down records, in his two fights after Pirog, can basically explain the near entire skew in the overall number; pull the first two and you're looking at 232-33, for a win percentage of nearly 88%).
Gennady Golovkin's last 12 opponents were, in order, Gabriel Rosado (solid junior middleweight fighter making his debut at 160lbs), Nobuhiro Ishida (solid junior middleweight fighter, who was just routed by Dmitry Pirog in is 160 debut), Matthew Macklin (decent middleweight fighter with no wins over a legit fighter), Curtis Stevens (decent middleweight with no big wins), Osumanu Adama (solid middleweight), Daniel Geale (good middleweight), Marco Antonio Rubio (solid middleweight who had weight issues), Martin Murray (solid middleweight), Willie Monroe Jr (middleweight prospect, with one fight on his ledger worth even mentioning), David Lemieux (solid middleweight), Dominic Wade (middleweight prospect, with one fight on his ledger worth even mentioning), Kell Brook (a top-level welterweight, fighting two divisions up).
Quillin, Mora (twice), and Truax have ledgers that let you know that they are more than solid middleweights, with Fletcher/Nunez/Lorenzo seemingly being solid/decent middleweight (the rest of the ledger, from what I can tell, is the type of cannon-fodder type opposition that you'd line up for a guy coming off of a cancer diagnosis).
Te desperation to try and save face for Golovkin is laughable.

Stopped reading there. Not interested in Jacobs's assessments of Golovkin's opponents if he says something ******ed like that.
