Eubank has already lost, people didn't care. He's nowhere near as big of an attraction as he should be.

Brook wasn't offered different terms because he simply told Eddie he'll take the fight under any terms, he wanted a big fight against a good opponent.

Eddie Hearn will put anything on PPV (Haye-Bellew, Joshua-Martin, Bellew-Cleverley, etc...), it's really not important.

Kell Brook sold that fight, everyone was hoping to see him pull off something special. He had all the support, he was already a big draw in the UK and he would have got the same response had he moved up to fight any other MW with a belt.
