I fail to see why people do just dont score rounds 10-10 instead of saying they could have gone either way so i will give it to this guy.....

And this is plain ******. IMO there was at least 2 even rounds in this match. The 12th round should be an even round in the judges scorecards. Same goes for round 4.

I was trying to score the match as I watch it. Rounds that can go either way are even and there is no time for re watching the tape.

Ward landed the better shots in 3,5 and 8..he controlled those rounds..and there was no knockdown in round 5.....round 6 and 2 were Kovalevs best rounds..what are you on about? hell i'll post the entire fight and we can go from there

You all are scoring close rounds to the challenger, runner, clincher and guy who was primarily only throwing jabs take your head out your asses, take the rose tinted glasses off you wanna argue Ward winning because of your bias nothing else and nothing more.

Ward lost last night there is no way about it so stop pretending, time to learn how to score a fight properly.

It kind of seems like kovalev fans just look at the knockdown and automatically think he wins the fight because of that. Aside from the knockdown all rounds where very close and ward managed to edge alot of them with defense and bodywork on the inside along with hooks and stiff jabs. He slipped kovs shots and got on the inside to do work and slipped out again rinse and repeat and took rounds that way. Kov seemed a little frustrated towards the end and missed alot.

I think the main issue ppl have are exactly what you guys are doing , giving every "pickem" round to Ward , Kovalev gets all the obvious rounds and all the close rounds or pickem rounds go to Ward , its the definition of BIAS , no one is claiming Ward didn't win rounds or anything like that , but to give him ALL the close rounds is what makes it a BIASED decision , whats done is done lets wait for the rematch , but in boxing you need to TAKE the belts to win a title , and Ward most def didn't do enough to win the fight nor the titles , great fight between elites , but you guys are naive if you don't see the BIAS in the judging.

I thought Kovalev was well on top early on and that ward had the better of the second half but Kovalev was still holding his own and winning a few rounds. Close fight but Kovalev did just enough. You'd have to give ward practically every close round for him to come out as winner imo. I could just about see 114-113 Ward but meh I think kovalev did enough

first time i had it the same as the judges....114-113

second time a draw....forgot the score

last time I scored it 115-112

Kovalev slowed down considerably after round 5.....round 1 was a swing round...There was another between 1-5.....Ward began to win his rounds clearly and control the pace and distance.

Kov got credit for a few shots that didnt land, while SOG body shots were not counted or overlooked

closest i had it for kovalev was a draw

without the kd,, a clear win for SOG

round by round, he dug himself out of the hole. He won more rounds, he won the fight...simple

On the flip side, the guys that have Kov 116-111 or more are giving him all the close rounds. Isn't that bias the other way, giving all the rounds to Kov because he isn't American?

I think in any fight the close rounds tend to go to the guy you favor.
