Somebody needs to tell Canelo and Golden Boy that they're not remotely the A side anymore than GGG. He couldn't break 300K PPV buys and his fights moving forward will make less. There's no bluff to be pulled, Canelo took the coward way out and now that he can't sell anymore than the next best fighter, they think they can continue fooling the fans.

Canelos last 2 fights have combined for more PPV buys than Floyd and Pacs last fights combined

There is no other reasonable excuse why anyone would try and negotiate terms for a fight a year away. It makes no sense......

A $10 million fee and 10% PPV revenue is the best that GGG is going to get, or deserve.
He and K2 have no leverage. HBO won't put on PPV again and he isn't getting any younger.
K2 and GGG should call their bluff and make it clear in the media they will accept the offer for next May. Then the ball is in Canelo's court to make it happen. But it will happen on GBP terms or won't happen at all, that much is clear.

They're scared. Team Canelo and Golden Boy are scared and don't know what to do now that the mexican fans have turned on Canelo. That the reason why his fight with Sam or Smith... whatever his name did so poorly. Golden Boy is losing credibility and it's losing it real fast. Just sign the fight or stfu please because people are starting to realise there's another Mayweather on the rise. Stop buying his fights until he fights someone in his class and worth spending your money on.
