this is just sad......not only was golovkin fighting a welterweight but it didn't do the numbers that he so wanted. this was suppose to be a super fight in the minds of HBO that would bring them great wealth (thats why they ignored brook being a welterweight in the first place) but then u want to turn down jacobs? you want to let golovkin hide behind lies when ward wanted him at 168?
the problem is hbo thought golovkin simply getting knock outs would lead him into superstar status & belittled & ****ted on their other fighters because of it. HBO sole focus was golovkin. this was the one to them. (ward can just move up. ward can go to hell and fight kovalov) now that he isn't nearly what they thought they are treating him like ****. denying him his jacobs fight, lampley ****ting on him through out the broadcast "golovkin looked just down right horrible!"
this has become disaster.
if you want to truly see a great middleweight look to hopkins.

Also, how were the Sky numbers?Last edited by BrometheusBob.; 09-13-2016, 10:43 AM.
