You should have stepped up and fought GGG and not bltch about money. That was your opportunity to be on top of boxing.

2 back down & back & fight some1....2 go vs Mora does nothing 2 help his image or draw people... Jacobs needs 2 takes the initiative & take him out early + his management really need to reassess how they're handling this guy....

You're not a bigger star because you're fighting Mora again (only because you couldn't get Saunders), instead of GGG! Just handle your business tonight, and sign on the dotted line to fight GGG or Canelo! Beat one of them, and it's all good!

The Quillin win was a good win, in good fashion. He could of tried to capitalize on that, but sat inactive for the best part of a year then rematched Sergio Mora. While at the same time, publicly said he wanted no part of GGG..a fighter who had a massive buzz around him.

It's nothing to do with his race..he just needs to try spark his own light.

“I don’t know what else I can do,” Jacobs told krikya360.com. “When you think about superstar quality, when you think about a guy who has the potential to do all these things – I think to myself, ‘What am I not bringing to the table, not being able to sell out arenas?’ It’s frustrating because I wasn’t even able to sell out the Barclays Center when I fought Peter Quillin. Two black fighters, from Brooklyn. It had the recipe for a sellout crowd and it wasn’t sold out.”

Maybe if the Quillin fight wasn't delayed until it was mostly meaningless it might have helped. You could also fight more often and fight better competition rather than twice a year in crap fights. ****ing dude has done nothing to become a star and wonders why he isn't one. Is he joking?

“It’s always been hard for black fighters."

Tell that to the biggest stars in the history of boxing, who were all black fighters. It's not hard for black fighters who fight and beat the best so there's actually a reason to support them.

Pretty popular for a contender who hasnt fought the champ.

Big fights get your name out there.

marketing can only take you so far, at some point you need some substance.

Sounds like he thinks stardom should just be handed to him instead of working for because he's a black American fighter lol.
                      Fuuuuk outta here.
First time Jacobs is fighting in 2016 is in September...against Sergio Mora(again!)...in Reading, PA. START THERE!
