hmm challenge yourself then and people might buy into you.
Take a leaf out of Kell Brook's book. No matter what you think of Brook v Golovkin, Brook was frustrated he wasn't getting the fame and big fights he feels his talent deserves, so he goes up two weight classes to fight the best MW. the same guy that Jacobs refuses to fight unless he gets $10m. Now Brook has a sold out arena on Saturday, will do big PPV numbers and his name is back in the big boxing news.
The problem is a lot of fighters today want the fame without the work. Fighters like Manny and Floyd become superstars because they earned it in the ring.
You might get the odd fighter like Anthony Joshua who gets big exposure without really earning it in the ring, but in general there's no real shortcuts. If you want respect and to be a superstar, then go and take fights and show what you can do.

Danny needs to realize for one thing, that boxing isnt what it used to be in America. The rise of the UFC is helping the decline of boxing here. Such is not the case with Alvarez and the Mexican fan base. This is just the reality of it. He probably wouldnt have the same level of 'stardom' even if he were to beat Golovkin.
For another, he needs to realize that he isnt the MW champ. He has basically the JV version of the WBA strap and many think this Mora II fight is in avoidance of the real WBA champion Golovkin. He needs to fight Golovkin if he wants to increase his star power

i like jacobs a lot, but he did a 380 on showtime against quillin, and he still wants to price himself out of the golovkin fight. i can't see why it's so hard to understand why somebodu would resent him, and the rest of the middleweights, for that.
respect to lemieux, macklin, golovkin, murray, etc, for actually fighting golovkin. the rest of these guys are all finding different ways to avoid it.

Well mostly it is because you got KO'ed badly by a virtually unknown Pirog. Then you were knocked down by Sergio Mora. Then you mention Mayweather but he's never lost let alone been KO'ed brutally or KD (officially).
Then you said you will only fight GGG for some crazy unrealistic amount of money like 5 million dollars, and then it takes a Welterweight with big balls to finally step up and now all of a sudden you're calling out GGG saying the fight will happen soon so it took a welterweight to step up first before you get the confidence to step in the ring with GGG?
That's like a little brother stepping up to a big guy that the big bro should of handled then when the lil bro gets whooped now big bro is ready to step in
Then comes the inactivity and low caliber opponents the resume is pretty weak
Then the fact that you're just not viewed as a very good fighter in general because well...you aren't
And that pretty much sums it up
