Loma-Walters was ruined when Walters lost the title.

A 130-pound non title with Walters doesn't really generate interest.

But Lomachenko fighting for a title in a 2nd division got HBO's interest.

A Lomachenko 130 unification may get some interest.

Even Loma-Walter would have more interest if its at least a title defense for Loma.

So far it seems like they are getting sponsors bit by bit.
Theres a lot of reasons they could fail at becoming the NFL of boxing. Its a long hard road to get to that point in a corrupt f#cked up circus that is boxing.

If they just wanna be a HBO-like entity or less then sure. If they pivot to some lesser goal then yea sure. I'm not suggesting they need 1,000 fighters or they go outta business.

I'm saying you don't create the NFL of boxing without a huge critical mass of fighters that they don't yet have. You aren't creating a NFL of boxing with Deontay Wilder, Keith Thurman & Leo Santa Cruz as three of your biggest guys. If anyone thinks thats possible you are f#cking nuts.

If they wanna be an HBO-like entity? When was that EVER the goal? And what is "HBO-like' anyway? Matter of fact, doesn't matter because I SERIOUSLY doubt that is their goal or a model they are following. You're tying to pigeonhole the platform and I think you're WAY off.

if you gonna play the mismatch game you better have 1 billion in your pocket to pay for your on tv time and your own fighters paycheck.

You still don't get it dude...

The only thing stopping PBC from owning American boxing is getting all the HBO dates. Hell.. even if they get 50 to 60 percent of all the HBO dates in the near future that is literally 95% of US boxing.

You think they got a half a billion to billion dollar bankroll (depending on who you believe) to be the next Top Rank, Golden Boy or to just get a TV deal? Seems like a lot of money to invest in just a TV deal.

Dude is suggesting PBC isn't trying to do big things. I'm not sure what his thoughts are with what PBC's goals are so just throwing potential goals out there.
