You can't have that little of business sense. LoL.

I mean that would be pathetic.

    Arum has NOTHING.

With Arum no longer being the house promoter for HBO, he's got no leverage worth looking to him as an ally for.
Arum isn't King. The boxing media still likes Arum. And Arum can still be useful as an ally.

        This doesn't make any sense.

Arum is 84 years old. He's finished no matter what. Do people expect him to still be running TR at age 100?

Probably looking for an exit strategy now. PBC is in the gutter too though.

Boxing is gonna face reality at some point and consolidate.

Top Rank is still a major player. They have the occasional quiet time, but then burst out of nowhere again. Ebbs and flows. Arum is better to have as an ally than a competitor. He also has great talent in the most marketable divisions.

Arum brings nothing to the table as a promoter.

No significant digital presence, no nothing.

Actually it makes plenty of sense. Having 4 events per year makes you a very marginal player.

There's no chance in hell that, even for Lomachenko-RussellJr II, Haymon would agree with giving the fight date to Arum and let him, sans the PBC uniform presentation, like Arum would run a Top Rank event.

And frankly, I don't think Arum would stand for being treated in the same manner that he's treated Banner Promotionas/Zanfer Promotions over the years.
I don't see why Arum WOULDN"T want his guys on national TV. And I doubt Arum gets made into a passenger. Leija Battah, Warriors & even GYM seem more like passengers among PBC than Arum could be. Arum is a personality by himself & if you try to piss on his foot he'll wipe his **** out & piss on your head. I don't see the downside, business-wise or ego-wise in PBC & Arum having a relationship like PBC & Hearn.

And to be clear I'm not saying this all is going to happen any day now or it'll happen at all I'm just speculating on the seeming lack of issues with this happening on all sides. Its win all away around. Granted Haymon might sneak Crawford or Bradley into an advisor deal or something like that.

It'd probably be better if Haymon just bought out Bradley and Crawford contracts. No need to bring Arum on as a sham promoter lol

Well I shouldn't have worded it like that. There probably won't be a deal per se. But what I was trying to say is idk why Arum wouldn't be up for working with PBC at this point. He's getting 3rd treatment by HBO. He's in a lawsuit with Showtime. TruTV got canceled. He's the king of UniMas right now. And if he doesn't do something with Haymon the king of UniMas will probably be in his foreseeable future as he competes for HBO dates as a unfavored son like he's been doing.
