Obviously you are trolling! If you think a guy who was hurt against guys like Corely, Judah, and Mosely would not be taken out by a guy who is faster and hits WAY harder than those guys, than you have never seen Hearns fight. The only way to have ANY CHANCE AT ALL against Hearns is to get inside and stay there and Mayweather is not a infighter. The only way Floyd fights on the inside is with his back to the ropes, not in ring center which is where Hearns would have kept the fight. And no way in hell would Floyd be able to get past that lightning jab and straight right with fight ending power. Hearns would have knocked Floyd out in less than 6.

I have seen every Thomas Hearns fight bro. He's a legend. One of the greatest most destructive fighters in the history of the damn sport. Maybe the greatest punchers that has ever lived,the only man capable of making Roberto Duran faceplant.

Palomino is not better than PAC, Mosley odlh canelo

Dude, you are severely underrating Carlos Palomino, he's one of greats because he went the distance with Duran and Benitez. And any fighter who survives being in the ring with the Leonard-Duran-Benitez-Hearns ERA, are already considered great themselves.

Palomino is better than Cotto, Canelo, Mosley, PAC and on the same level as ODLH, maybe a bit better. ODLH is a better boxer than Palomino but Palomino had the intangibles/things that can't be taught.

Can't believe you compared Cotto to the great Carlos Palomino.

Floyd is a mother****ing defensive genius. Hearns wouldn't have laid a hand on him.

Floyd would have lost to Hearns, hands down.

Roberto Duran and Leonard are two other possible losses.

But Hearns? Definitely the one fighter Floyd should never get in the ring with.

Only fighter I would 1000% put my money on to whoop Floyd is Sugar Ray. Ray is taller and has a longer arm reach, still think his hands were faster than Floyd's. Combine that and his pop and you have a nightmare for a defensive/counter punching fighter. Duran beating Ray was the worst thing that happened to him, he went food and coke crazy in NYC, who knows maybe the Duran from before that fight with the hunger could've done something but skills wise..Money goes to Ray.

Don't agree with your post 99.9% of the time but I agree the only fighters I think beats FMJ at 147 is SRL and Hearns.

Most of these posters living off what Duran did to SRL the first fight because SRL chose to stand toe to toe but FMJ is not going to stand there and let Duran swing for the fences. FMJ 9 rounds to 3.
