Where was Duran in his late 30s
Taking losses
Prime vs prime is better way to look at it
Listen young blood the Duran of the 80's was not the best Duran. Manos De Piedra was at his best at lightweight in the 1970's. He would've continued boring in smashing Floyd's ribs round after round. It would've been nasty after 12. Floyd wouldn't have been able to hurt him.
Duran fought and beat a prime undefeated Sugar Ray Leonard. I'm not talking about some midget from Thailand or some fat drunk guy from England. He beat a prime Leonard at his absolute best at the place were he won gold 4 years earlier.
Hell Duran moving up and beating Palomino is better than most of Floyds wins. And before any of you dorks accuse me of being a TBE hater,I'm actually a massive Floyd fan but real recognize real. Duran would've beat Floyd. Real talk.

Duran embarrassed him Laing, snuffed his offense. I remember the Duran Slump after those loses. But guess what they rebuilt him, by feeding him faded offensive fighter Pipino Cuevas, and offense only volume punching Davey Moore he rode those wins to a loss to Hagler and a Blowout to Hearns. He faded into obscurity until beating Davey Moore clone Iran Barkley. Duran and that 67 inch reach couldn't beat Floyd who controls distance and would be too smart for Duran. Now Hearns is the one fighter Floyd would lose to 10 out of 10 times, 78 inch reach, power and Floyd could get in or hurt Tommy. It be similar to how Benitez lost

Michael Nunn was the lineal champ after hagler retired
Iran Barkley beat hearns for a trinket not the lineal or undisputed title
It was for the wbc n before n after that fight Duran was taking losses to people who couldn't carry Floyd's jock strap
I know you're all nostalgic about the 70s n 80s but palomino was very good but no atg
Srl let his pride get In the way n fight Duran fight....Floyd won't do that
Palomino is not better than PAC, Mosley odlh canelo
He was like the cotto of his era very good but not great
3 fight series 2-1 Floyd
Floyd was more consistent in his career than Duran
Would be close I'd favor Floyd

How would Floyd deal with hearns speed reach and power. I not saying hearns would ko him but he was plenty strong enough and fast enough to keep Floyd from engaging . Floyd don't take many risk , he sure as well wouldn't take many risk with hearns if he didn't with pacquio .

this guy, floyd, is a shame for boxing...within a few years he will be remembered yes, but for what reason? if he never have had epic battles like the real legends?tyson, chavez, duran, leonard. etc.. he will be remembered for being a hugger a coward and boring fighter
Yes he was suppose to have an epic battle against Pac, but he chose to turn it into a marathon event.
That said, it is just wrong to even mention floyd and associate himself with the greats of this game.
Warriors and Floyd don't belong in the same sentence lol
Maybe Pro runners, pro wrestlers, or marathoners or even Ball room dancers that our legends of their craft are Possible to associate with him.
While doing so, insert some cherries to add flavor.
Duran will mop this Roided fraud silly
