Oh,so he basically put himself up against a large weight disadvantage in order to receive a large some of money, and a potential career ending beating at the hands of a larger and better fighter, just because he didn't want to get embarrassed be someone his own size(brook). Sounds like Khan is more of a whore cashing out than a boxer, and you want golovkin to whore himslef out to canelo. Thanks for clearing that up for me boss.

Everyone must be sick and tired of this back n forth.

We need to get over the politics, and concentrate on the boxing.

Lucky the SOG Ward fight is on this weekend, so we can all enjoy it

But on another note I thought Cotto wanted 157 and Canelo insisted on 155 why is he saying the reverse now.

Here is the problem, all of you on here won't boycott Canelo when it comes time. You will give in and want GGG to fight at 155lbs just to get it done. Of course GGG can go down to that weight but it's the principle. But the boxing rules are anywhere from 155lbs to 160lbs. Imagine the Warriors telling the Spurs they have stipulations to play because they are the Champions? Mexicans especially better disown Canelo as a boxer.

He was willing to negotiate, and he landed the fight.

Golovkin was not willing to negotiate, and..........

I will let you fill in the rest ^^

Khan vs. Canelo get Winner of Peterson vs. Thurman.

                Trout VS. Charlo winner

                Lara vs. Vanes winner

                Throw in BROOK and Andrade

                You got a Super 10.

You think any of these guys would turn down a chance to face Canelo??? And these fights are already happening.
GBP will never allow Canelo into a tournament format. It's the same reason Inter Boxe wouldn't allow Bute into the Super 6. When you have a big named fighter who can sell out arenas against anybody, why risk it by forcing him into contracted fights? Tournaments are really for the B-side guys.

                  golovtards, when discussing Canelo :

                  " 155 is middleweight "

"And won't be seen as a fighter who puts himself at a disadvantage, just to sell his ass to the highest bidder". Thanks for playing on today's gameshow, you've been great. Come back next time and we'll watch how Khan gets splatter like a fly, because he chose money over pride and principles.
