Barrera is no pushover and should challenge Andre with a tough fight. But again Ward is in Oakland at home so look for a Ward. win.
That's exactly Ward's fight. See Ward v Kessler.........Ward can fight inside, outside, clean, dirty, he's the goods despite some people and their short memories.

One thing to correct........he never asked Dawson to drop down to 168. Dawson wanted the lineal/Ring belts for both divisions........and nobody forced him to take that fight. He thought that because was compared to Hopkins and he had just beaten B-Hop, he could do the same to Ward.........Where's Chad Dawson now? Ward ruined him, Stevenson finished him off.......

Ward isn't afraid of pressure. He'll coome out and dominate this fight like all others and then on to the next before setting up the Kovalev scrap.......

      No he is not, foolio.

Golovkin is a middleweight who weighs 160, and Canelo is a JMW who chooses to come in at 155 because he is unprofessional.

FACT: Canelo has never fought AT middleweight
FACT: Canelo has never fought A middleweight
FACT: Golovkin has done BOTH of those things

Oh, is this where you bring up the totally irrelevant - and somewhat ignorant - subject of re-hydration weight?

Don't do it, you will pay dearly. Remember when you tried that rubbish last time?

So it was Ward that requested the 164 bout? Ah it all makes sense now...

Say what you want about Ward, but he's a strong headed stubborn dude. He will call the fight off before he let's that happen.

He's not going to get caught slipping.

He's one of the few guys who, inactivity won't effect him.

Did K2 or Loeffler ever state on record that Ward refused a 168 contract?

Because apparently many are saying the reason why K2 or Loeffler (moreso Sanchez) wanted a 164 was because a) Ward wouldn't do it, b) its the only possible choice to convince Ward??

It's very very hard to convince people with a brain that IF you state you can take on anybody at 154-168 and then NEVER do it, mostly likely, it's all just fake or publicity talk. Why not offer Ward a 168 bout and everyone in the industry write about that instead of writing articles on the catchweight in which Loeffler and Sanchez acknowledged!

GGG knows he can't beat Ward. Whenever a boxer is asked if he can, you usually give an optimistic and confident opinion, not, "Ward is juss too much you know, juss, he's a good champion you know juss, Ward is Ward, and I focus on 160 you know, jusss.." -Lil G

Ward beats Kovalev in Vegas when they meet. Ward is too skilled and talented. Kovalev has raw power but Ward will negate that power.

Dawson tried to get the fight at like 172 but Ward said no, "you said this so I'm holding you to what you said" (even though Ward said he'd fight a Klitschko) he didn't want to fight at 172..........like he did for Paul Smith.

Ward cheated his ass off in the Kessler fight and drugs ruined Chad Dawson, not Ward.
