Are there any PBC fights coming up? From what I understand, the upcoming fights on Haymon's side are all slated for Showtime, and not under the PBC banner.
Only a court can make a legal decision such as a lawsuit, binding.
You can't sue someone if you don't go to court. What kind of fcking ****** are you?
If the facts supported your premise, you wouldn't continue to resort to swearing and name calling. You're angry and frustrated because you know you're being made to look foolish. You brought all of this on yourself by not knowing the facts and being rude and demeaning. It's completely backfired and there is no end in sight as clearly you're too stubborn to throw in the towel even when you're 100% in the wrong.
#1 - It wasn't a lawsuit.
#2 - Golden Boy didn't sue Schaefer.
#3 - They didn't go to court.
Therefore, "the courts" didn't "force" Schaefer to pay anything.
No amount of swearing, no amount of name calling, no amount of squirming is going to change the facts.
Out of curiosity, what do you do for a living? You seem to have absolutely no idea how the legal system works, so I'm just curious why you're under the impression that you do know how it works?
The last thing we need is for the PBC to fail at this point. They are the sports last stand to becoming mainstream again. Personally I think they should change some things like adjusting a fighters salary to what they can bring in financially. That will come in time. It will have to for them to have any real chance to become successful.
They are the only ones who invested back into the sport. Arum and Oscar have not invested in ages. So many promoters are sucking the proverbial tit of pay cable companies. They are not investing or taking risk. They are leeching off the last outlet that was willing to pay. Arum used to talk about bringing the sport back to free tv, but he was not willing to spend his own money and I guess did not think outside the box like Haymon did and bring in outside investors.
I know Haymon may not be different than the rest. Everyone is out to make a buck. For me, at least now, he gives us all something to watch. I'll take it.

GB didnt sue Shaeffer?
so filing a $50 million lawsuit against someone isnt "suing" them? Then what exactly is it?
