Wait... Haymon and Schaefer offered to buyout Oscar (GBP) for 8 figures yet you look at this settlement as proof of "something"?

      LOL

          OHhhhh OoooooooH Oooooooh!

          LOL

          You're weak, and ******.

PBC will be putting HEAVY pressure on HBO and eventually drive them out of boxing within 5 years. After that Top Rank and GBP are done.

          So easy to see.

The article you provided makes no mention of the courts whatsoever, let alone them forcing anything. Probably because courts had nothing to do with it and no judgment was rendered.

Next time realize I never ask a question I don't know the answer to in a cross examination. Was just giving you enough rope to hang yourself. Thank you for taking the bait.

Please apologize to the community for posting false information. The courts did not force anything and weren't even involved.

He's a loser that hopes boxing fails and spends all his time citing extremely inept arguments why it will fail soon.

              Very amateurish.

2018... PBC begins it's era. 2022, HBO says forget our boxing program, lets spend that $30M on developing two new original series per year and make $$$.

They were in arbitration, and Schaefer/Haymon settled.

                Same ****, different court.

And they had already planned a buyout for a high 8 figures prior so it's really a complete non-event... you loser.

                  LOL

You said "THE COURTS FORCED," but there were NO COURTS and NOTHING WAS FORCED.

So you actually were 100% wrong in every imaginable way.

                    Good job!

And then on top of it you were an absolute jerk to me for no reason, even though you were the wrong that was 100% wrong in every imaginable way.

The trap worked out even better than I imagined. Hope you sleep well tonight knowing you tried to one up a stranger, only to wind up with egg all over your face.

                    Karma . . .

Quit trying to lie to make yourself look like you know what your talking about. Your a complete moron.

Arbitration is a court used to speed up the process of commercial legal matters. There are arbitrators, lawyers, you present evidence, witnesses, etc.

It's a fcking court with less rules, snd processes, and more flexibility.

Oscar and Haymon/Schaefer went to arbitration to settle there dispute. The arbitrators are a 3rd party who consider the evidence and go over the contracts.

When things looked bad for Haymon/Schaefer they settled. The settlement is than a binding agreement by the arbitrator.
