I mean really who cares anymore about these guys fighting each other. Both are at different stages of there careers.

Kovalev is trending up while Stevenson is trending down. They both had a chance to step in the ring and for whatever reason the fight fell through.

Kovalev should look forward to a major fight with Andre Ward. While Stevenson should look forward to fighting Fonfara again or Beterbiev.

Kovalev is a fighter who fans look forward to seeing while Stevenson to be honest has become a after thought.
