Lol maybe you should give me proper options and maybe I'll actually answer.

You clearly want us to vote 1 way. That's why you use words like "media created" for one while use "skill based" for another despite the fact that there is as much skills required for a defensive fighter and an offensive fighter.

it was worded in such a way because its undoubtledly true that the media loves to hype power punchers moreso then the defensively poised fighters,if it werent true then a 2013 mattgsse would have been in the same boat as rigo, which is clearly not hte case

Ward ducked Bute, GGG and Stevenson.

Just because they get more recognition doesn't mean that they are created as a "boogeyman" because of the media.

boogeymen are different then hypejobs, hypejobs are typically built up by the fans/media because they go through a streak of knockouts against less then steller opopostion, they typically only have power in there arsenel, and because they have yet to face a solid foe, they are often labeled hype jobs

boogeymen on the otherhand, arent limited to any particular style, they are simply avoided or have a much harder time finding fights either due to them being way to good(rigo),dont have a large fanbase thus the term high risk, low reward(ward) or are simply perceived to be avoided becuase of there power (kovalve, ggg, matthysse in 2013)

hypejob is more of a insult, whereas being a boogeyman isnt necesarily a bad thing

Sure but you essentially tried to label a boogieman as a hypejob.

lucas matthsyse was arguably the biggest media hyped fan created hypejob that there ever was until he was humbled by garcia and postal, but they also claimed he was a boogeyman to,especially after the dallas jr and peterson fights
i know you always want to have the last word or reply, but that doesn't change the fact that no one has agreed with your whacked grouping and descriptions.

                so have at it.

there are the media/fan created boogeymen like golovkin, kovalve, lomachekno, matthsyse, and so on and so forth, guys whho are typically power punchers with a high KO ratio, but havent stepped up and faced anyone of note (kovalve was considered one of them prior to bhop/pascal fights)

then there are the defensive, slick boogeymen who are often highly skilled with superb boixng skills, who are highly avoided as well. Guys like rigo, lara, ward, andrade, herrerra, dirrell bros fit under this category.

both sides have boogeymen who (at times) have a difficult time finding fights, whether it be due to the high risk, low reward or non-existent fan base,or physical fear.

which are truly more "feared" in your opininon

                  poll coming...
lol the only name on that list that is avoided is GGG and Rigo and to a lesser extent Kovalev and thats it the rest are just guys who wants big fights but havent done nothing yet to get them (I feel for herrera being robbed but without an official W you have no leverage to pull guys to fight you).

they about the same, but gun to the dome I would say GGG because Rigo got Donaire to face him, GGG cant get anybody to face him but then on the flip side I dont remeber the details of donaire rigo, did rigo move up to face donaire? if he did than my vote will go to RIgo being most avoided cause GGG had the oppurtunity to move up to face ward too, but my vote only changes to rigo if rigo indeed had to move up to face donaire.
