He won't need to. Canelo is going to break him apart.

Quillen, Lara, Andrade and the Charlo brothers have a good chance of making it to the final bell, idk if they'd beat him.

... then Lara and Ward...
1) I always named Lara as a true and dangerous opponent...
But Lara is signed by Haymon -- you have to ask Haymon first about Lara fighting GGG on HBO (just remember the issues that Stevenson and Beterbiev have vs Kovalev who fights on HBO).
2) Ward... GGG called him out in 2013 and 2014 -- Ward said "no", apparently due to his "promotional issues". As of lately, Ward called out GGG who appears to have the busiest schedule at 160, as compared to the past two years. Therefore, GGG refused him this time around.
But who knows? Maybe Golovkin and Ward will eventually fight later next year or in 2017 -- in case Ward chooses to stay at 168 (this because, for the moment, Ward doesn't seem to fight guys north of 168).

Whatever happened to 168?
Still good, now he can challenge lara at 154, that's the one that has been constantly calling his name.

Damn 154..you mean the division that Floyd Mayweather is champ of but says he's too small to fight in but is the same Mayweather who was dehydrated the night before the Pacquiao fight at 147?...
Floyd is clearly ducking Triple G..he's a free agent and the fight can be made on HBO PPV for huge money...
Floyd will retire being the guy who never fought the biggest threat at the time when that person was actually still the biggest threat since Diego C.
Triple G:Floyd's legacy

I know for a fact that Triple G can beat anyone from 154-171..
I'd bet anything on that right now...

This is fake information. There's no video where GGG even mentions any of those circumstances or reason to believe what you're saying is true. On the contrary, whenever anyone interviewed GGG regarding Ward he has ALWAYS stated he has no business fighting Ward. It's all on Youtube.
