They have to wait until after Povetkin fights Wach. If Sasha wins that one, then they will set-up the Wilder fight in November. This fight should be made by early Dec at the latest

It simply beggars belief that anyone thinks Wilder would actually give up the strap because of Povetkin. What has Povetkin done that's so impressive that Wilder would do that?

Expect Wilder to pull a Bowe. Haymon already has money, he needs Deontay's 'O' to get those high ratings for the PBC vs Breazeale, Tarver, Cunningham, Browne, and Arreola.
Povetkin is beloved by the boxing establishment for many reasons (Olympic pedigree, trained by Atlas, etc) but he is frankly insanely overrated. I mean Charr was beaten by Wilder's French opponent. Takam and mentally-toasted Perez are nothing to write home about.

Povetkin has done nothing to be a hands-down favorite over Wilder. It will be a good fight but I think many will be shocked how easily Wilder dispatches him.

Quite simple Wilder is going to want to get paid, there are exactly 2 guys he can get huge money against right now.

Wlad will be a tough nut to crack but Povetkin is clearly a cut below Wlad so that means that fight has to go down first because it is the most likely way he could potentially get both those huge paydays.

I hope it is in Russia though, that **** will be like Rocky IV. Except the small more established guy will be Russian and the the guy that destroys what he punches will be the American.

Show time selling wolf tickets. Kind of like the fool in the crowd saying "we're not afraid of a gun, my friend knows karate".

                Wilder Will Destroy povetkin

Why do you people think Wilder who is 6'7 with 84 inch reach and devastating power, will lose to a guy who is 6'2, 75 inch reach and almost lost(in my opinion lost) to a cruiserweight Marco Huck. Lmao can't wait till this over rated Russians head clatters off the canvas, then i want to here what you morons say.

Ha, I remember when he said he hates afternoon shows when they asked him why Showtime didn't get Groves/Froch 2.
