What a great fight even though Wilder won nearly every round he's a very fun fighter to watch. But holy shyt he looks so off balance sometimes I feel like a strong breeze might knock him down. He over commits on his punches, especially his left hook. Almost no defense what so ever. Great offensive fighter. Terrible defense he gets hit way too often.

Still took 6 rounds for the mismatch to come to life though... Sure it feels good in Duhaupas's heart as we speak... Good fight...

Did anyone else hear that commentator call Wlad "Klitschkoff"? Seriously though, where do they get these guys?

When Klitschko fought guys of Duhaupas' caliber he got dropped and stopped. Samuel Peter dropped him 3 times, and Corrie Sanders took his soul and required that Vitali step in to bring the titles back to the family. Any motivated heavyweight is dangerous.

After watching that fight I no longer have to wonder why Wilder is staying clear of elite fighters. I also believe that the recent version of Povetkin beats him easy.

You think dahaupus is the same caliber of Peter or sanders? I like Wilder and love his approach but let's not act like he's beating anyone of substance.

it seems like some people expectations are completely unrealistic for wilder. the guy he fought was an obvious pick of a fighter they knew wouldnt fall the first time he was hit flush and would keep coming forward. at end of the day people need to keep wilder in perspective no one is screaming he will crush povetkin but i sure as hell aint counting him out. i dont get the hate at all this was a very entertaining fight the guy did beat manual charr to get this chance at wilder. its like because povetkin wlad whoever else would be favorites over wilder hes automatically a bum. i actually thought he showed a lot of toughness and showed he can fight on the inside. i just dont get it its like people are expecting him to be the next greatest fighter ever or something he earned his title and hes going to fight povetkin thats a fact so the hate is pointless. so he took 2 fights to get ready instead of waiting for povetkin i dont see why thats such a big issue. Not to mention wilder is a fighter to be proud of and get behind even more so for americans i mean take some pride

Shut up you clueless idiot......who was this French frie he boxed....he was a slow footed plodder who had no power and just 1 gear......and yet wilder still was eating jabs and took some damage .....I gurantee you now povetkin will rip wilder apart and drop him heavily......God knows what Anthony Joshua will do yo him when he gets him in the ring.......the French guy should not even been in the ring in the first place. ....exposed next fight wilder will be
