              Were Castillo or Corrales or Brussels or Gatti great fighters? When he became p4p no. 1 in 2005? He was p4p 7 even before he had a corrales or castillo fight under his belt.

              So it's not just resume that gets you there.

                Segura was past it. He lost to guys like Edgar Sosa and Brian Viloria. That is NOT good.

                      floyd was actually p4p #2 after beating herndandez and gatti then they moved him back down because they realized that was insanity. some people just get more hype than others.
