Apparently you can't read like Mayweather. Its covered & shot down in their detailed response about Hauser's article. Hauser looking like a jackass in their response. Curious to see Hauser's reply to this or if he just goes back into his hole.

Also, USADA does not conduct “random” testing. Rather, in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), testing is carried out pursuant to a strategic testing plan to maximize deterrence and detection."

Reason why NSAC is not taking extreme position is because if they do, there'll be lots of fight cancellations. They'd rather act like they know nothing.

The best alternative is to expose fighters when the fight is over, which is what I've been hearing recently. And they were all based on post-fight urine tests. It may negate the purpose of protecting fighters, but it's better than nothing.

            Lol this doesnt explain 750ml

Floyd applied for TUE till weeks later, when the news broke out about him receiving 750ml IV

He apply for it later to follow the guidelines

How come he didnt apply for it the day he did it or USADA make him apply for it, im guessing they were trying to keep it on the low

There's a wada IV rule that allows you to go over 50ml without having to be in a hospital. Hauser left that out his piece. All you gotta do is apply for the TUE. Usada released all the info once all the drug test came back negative. That's when the approval was granted. It all has to do with their code of "the safety of the athlete" coming first.

The question is, why did Floyd need so much!? Surely dehydration from making weight isnt an issue as he was 150lbs a month out from fight night. So what else can it be?

Of course his tests came back negative that's what 750 ml will do for you and on top of that the TUE is exactly for that reason ,if he got popped he has that exception !
