this was a great read, ppl gave hauser the benefit of the doubt to read his piece, be willing to do the same with usada, they adressed alot of things surrounding the IV, morales-garcia, and the may pac settlement many of us didnt know. i cant wait to read hauser reply.

            Damage control.

Bennet already threw them under the bus, now they're just making stuff up on the fly it seems.

This kills Hauser's article. Guess you shouldn't create an article based of adding fictional details to known info from 4 months ago.

He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] cant authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada, Bennett said. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.

If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.

Bennett and Aguilar said despite USADA's involvement in 45 boxing cards and their supervision of the Ultimate Fighting Championships anti-doping system, the agency has botched communication on three occasions.

"After three incidents here, its hard to call this an anomaly" Bennett said. They need to understand they need to honor the rules of Nevada, or their work will not be recognized in Nevada.

they left out a specific rule on wada iv authorization though, check out their site. its shady but somehow what hauser listed was one part of the IV TUE rule, he didnt list the other two rules for an IV clearing. thats what usada countered in their reply with.

How could NSAC have cleared Floyd for an IV if they found out 3 weeks AFTER the fight?

of course NSAC has no interest in investigating froid. He has them in their pocket which is why they denied pac the Legal shot in the first place
