The substance wasn't unknown. IV use in Nevada was legal regardless of the amount] The IV was done under medical supervision and USADA said everything was kosher. Nothing Floyd did violated the rules of Nevada.

If you are claiming Floyd broke the rules of Nevada, the onus would be on YOU to post a link. NSAC publicly stated Mayweather didn't do anything wrong. You are the one making wild accusations that have no basis in fact.
