Your incoherence of putting a paragraph is apparent to your age.. You can't seem to put a logical paragraph together. But one thing for sure about what you keep mentioning in here though. Floyd glaringly cheated.

Too much evidence that exposes Floyd as a man who has no confidence of winning without his peds. This makes his wins all suspect. He will forever be tainted. No ones fault but his.
He cheated! In my opinion! I stand by that.
      Nothing will happen! My opinion!
No investigation. No asterisk by any of his wins.
      PAC still lost.
Never ever heard of an ex post facto TUE!

I admit it, I'm not going to make excuses or sidestep the obvious, I love the strange delusions of PAC's fans and phantom PEDs. They're like dripping fresh honey from the comb to me, or Captain Crunch. I adore mockery, teasing inappropriately, and reading the reasoning of the ******ed while laughing wildly.

For them, the iv thing is a way of living with the brutal reality their god has an address more local than "up there."
Man I gotta give it to you...you have some serious poetic wordplay with a twist of satire...I love it...keep up the great work!...

Spoon if you stop licking PAC's taint, and move towards the light you might see something amazing. "Let there be light" is an English translation of the Hebrew יְהִי אוֹר (yehi 'or). Other translations of the same phrase include the Latin phrase fiat lux. You and that Big D1ck Bandit dude give yourselves grandiose monikers that....well... Share to much information. One of you wants to steal big ones, the other wants to lick PAC's taint? What were you guys thinking? This is a rhetorical question, please keep your thoughts on man taint & dong banditry to yourselves!

Floyd cheated. He cheated poorly. But Floyd's power in Nevada is similar to Don Corleone's, God rest his soul. He beat PAC in the ring, outside of the ring, etc. Manny is a delusional TizNard I believe Marquez caused this early onset of dementia that PAC suffers from. But in the Philippines he is a politician? Give him an IQ test! Honorary Commanding officer in the Philippine military! What a joke. Oh My Gad!! Talaga! The comedic value PAC offers is epic.

In closing, Ployd/Floyd did what he wanted to do, both in the ring & out. Manny lacked the skills to beat him in the ring! He also lacked the class to admit defeat without his broad list of excuses, tight socks, shoulder shot, talking to God, etc.

Peace bro, and never lick any man's taint! Because that 'taint' the right thing to do for a man!

Floyd voluntarily agreed to additional regulations beyond what Nevada requires. The additionally agreed upon regulations clearly allowed for IV with approval.

              No rules were broken.

This is only a "controversy" in the deluded minds of Pacquiao fanboys. The amount of pages this thread has is laughable.

If Floyd got caught doing anything wrong, Pacuiao/Arum/Roach/etc would still be raising hell.

But everything was done by the books. This is a non-story.

However, what the internet allows is for people of low intelligence to congregate and convince each other of ridiculous and illogical alternate realities, which is what we have here in this thread.
I said that about 100 pages back, but the pact@rd brigade will have none of it, too much common sense.

              Nonetheless great post.

                Say what? Burn number 1.

the 2015 WADA Prohibited Substances and Methods List states, Intravenous infusions and/or injections of more than 50 ml per 6 hour period are prohibited except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital admissions, surgical procedures, or clinical investigations.

This prohibition is in effect at all times that the athlete is subject to testing. It exists because, in addition to being administered for the purpose of adding specific substances to a persons body, an IV infusion can dilute or mask the presence of another substance that is already in the recipients system or might be added to it in the near future.

NSAC BENNETT: "As far as USADA, I was extremely disappointed that I wasn't notified right away (about Mayweather receiving an IV). When it comes to TUE, we are the sole agency that approves the administering of TUEs. USADA, nor any other anti-doping agency that does drug testing, doesn't have the authority to adminster a TUE.

"The bottom line is USADA didn't keep us informed, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional."

And yet NSAC allowed this illegal method RED FLAG!

IVs are used to masks peds and only NSac can allow it.

USADA The protocol is no injections unless it's under 50ml every 6 hours or for emergency. Floyd took 250 ml and 500 ml at once the night before the fight. RED FLAG!

That's the most disturbing part. Reeks of corruption. The strange part was that NSAC was furious at USADA for even granting the the****utic use exemption. They claim only they can grant it in Nevada.

Here is why the IV was against the rules of the NSAC:

                1. USADA granted Mayweather a TUE when they had no capacity to do that. Only the NSAC can do it and they acknowledged this with a statement.

                2. Mayweather took an IV at home and not in a medical facility, and the total contents was 750 ml. The only allowable IV use is 50 ml in a 6 hour period, and has to be done in a medical facility.

Even if he followed the allowable limit, 50 ml every 6 hours in a 24 hour period equals 200 ml. Mayweather took 750 ml in one sitting. That is a system flush. RED FLAG!

                    Oh the irony...

                    PED masking

That's correct, USADA is planning on putting a new policy into practice that would completely ban the use of intravenous saline solutions for athletes in competition. Coincidentally, this decision came about shortly after Floyd's su****ious use of a saline water for a meager 2 lb rehydration.

Their main incentive is to prevent athletes from using it to mask PED use.

"I don't know how closely you've followed our investigation into cycling, but you saw it used a lot in cycling. Because, putting a bag of saline over 50 ml, for example is the rule, would potentially mask or alter the blood testing that was done." - Travis Tygart, CEO of USADA

If Floyd was innocent he would have sued Hauser by now to clean his name. Instead he is ducking questions about the illegal IV. If a person is innocent all he needs to answer the questions to clear the air. And yet he couldn't. Absence of truth is an obvious form of guilt.

Any which way you look at it. Floyd obviously cheated.

USADA banned IV re-hydration in MMA 2 months ago.
