Your statement is the one that is weak. They do not hand out TUEs like hot cakes. Especially retroactive ones with a lame excuse like Floyd's. Go check out USADA/WADA. They say the same. Oral hydration is just as good or even better in most cases than an IV.

    1) Floyd is more than likely the only one to state that excuse on a day where he did no heavy duty intense workout.

    2) Floyd did not claim that he was dehydrated according to his pre-fight form nor did he state that to the NSAC doctor. This all happened around the time of this claim(excuse).

    3) NSAC doctors examined Floyd and did not come to the same conclusion. They found no evidence that Floyd was dehydrated. Yet Floyd and his fans want us to believe that Floyd was so severely dehydrated that HE HAD TO HAVE AN IV?

    USADA:
"ARE IVs BETTER THAN ORAL REHYDRATION FOR PERFORMANCE?
- Convincing research to support IV fluid administration prior to competition for performance enhancement, rehydration, dehydration prevention, or muscle cramp prevention does not exist.
- Current studies do not support the use of IV fluids for rehydration when an athlete can tolerate oral fluids.
- American College of Sports Medicine consensus guidelines state, “IV fluids do not provide an advantage over drinking oral fluids and electrolytes.”
- IV infusions before sample collection could actually prolong the doping control sample process because it has a greater potential to produce multiple dilute samples.

More then anything, the fact you dismiss a "full investigation" with an "even then, who knows dot dot dot" proves how little you care about the truth.

If you had read the wada istue it doesn't take a full investigation, wada is well within it's power to review any tue it finds questionable, and I'm sure it could if compelled to do so, but unfortunately all parties involved with inside information on it know there's no point.
To review is different than a full investigation. I gave you a perfect example. They reviewed Lance Armstrong and said "good enough. Lance was not trying to cheat". BUT we now know that the review was full of crap because it didn't really look deep enough. Get it now? Geez!

Lance Armstrong was investigated before. They found nothing. The way this Floyd IV scandal was handled, I think the same would come out of it as far as finding out if Floyd was tested positive for PEDs. So that is why I'm being honest and giving my point of view but to say that I don't want a full investigation is WRONG!

An investigation would be worthwhile and still can show that Floyd and USADA were in the wrong.

      Lets have a full investigation.
To actually find out that Floyd tested positive in the Manny fight will be nearly impossible due to what occurred. It was a sham of a process.

      BUT

To find enough evidence to prove that Floyd's excuses are just that? Its close to an open and shut case. Even the literature at USADA and WADA says that oral hydration is better in most cases. Floyd was not seriously dehydrated to warrant an IV and that oral hydration could have been used as an alternative. What I just stated could easily be investigated and Floyd would be in a bind. Only thing is if Floyd had help in doctoring up the stats but again, those stats would probably contradict the NSAC stats on Floyd.

I scour the internet daily and I keep waiting for the "other shoe to drop," with credible media outlets covering this developing story of IVs and such. And still nothing? If the sane world at large shared the "moral" outrage of the few people that post in this thread and on this site, Mayweather would be serving 49 consecutive life sentences....

Floyd fans should never use the word credibility.

Their idol can not even spell it

This is a new type of deflection from the Floyd fans, I see.

Boxingscene didn't even bother creating a new "article" about the "new article", yet we get one whenever Khan farts. That's how relevant this is.

At least you admitted it. That is step 1 ..... now if only you can get Floyd to do the same.
