An Irish sports journalist becomes convinced that Lance Armstrong's performances during the Tour de France victories are fueled by banned substances. With this conviction, he starts hunting for evidence that will expose Armstrong.

We do have the fact that on not one but two occasions that we know about where Floyd delayed giving USADA urine samples. Imagine if we knew exactly what occurred every time that USADA went to get urine samples? Maybe that number would increase to 4 or 5 times maybe more.

Still, we have 2 incidents. It would make anyone but Floyd fans question that Floyd was trying to stall for a reason. USADA waited 5 and 6.5 hours.

          FACT #2:
When confronted in an interview about why get an IV, Ellerbe and Floyd, said, "urine and blood contributed to the dehydration".
That is a lie because Floyd didn't give blood for about 10 days and giving urine does NOT make you dehydrate. Sorry, its called lying for all but Floyd fans that called it a possibility and some got confused at what "contributed to" meant.

          FACT #3:
Floyd said also the workouts contributed to the dehydration. Another lie since if you are supposed to be this experienced gym rat, you should be aware that you do not do any intense workouts that can dehydrate you to the point that you require an IV since its the day before the big fight. Its just crazy talk that Floyd fans scoop up and eat it like candy. Floyd was in fact tapering off his workouts as the fight approached and preparing his body to be at the most healthy state possible.
On top of that, Floyd had that experienced crack staff(Ariza, Memo, ...) and $1000/meal chef that they were boosting about. They all got it wrong when it counted?

          FACT #4:
Floyd and his fans have consistently said that Floyd is a small WW that can make 147lbs EASILY. That means, unlike other boxers that need to cut down and possibly drain themselves, Floyd has no worries throughout camp and relatively speaking was basically eating and drinking anything and everything he could to stay fresh and hydrated.
Remember that these are the same people (Floyd and his fans) who called Canelo losing possibly 25-30+lbs and Canelo and his fans saying that it was draining, a joke and not true. Hmmmmmmm!

          FACT #5:
Floyd said that his medical condition was so severe that it required an IV where substances were injected into his body. Well, IF this was true then why didn't Floyd say that in the pre-fight form or tell NSAC? There were 2 chances for Floyd to bring it up on the form. One where they tell Floyd if he had a medical condition that warrants letting NSAC know about and the other is "Did he take an injection". So in this case 2 wrongs does not make a right unless you are a Floyd fan ready to protect so much BS.

          FACT #6:
There have been several lies, several incomplete responses, several contradictions and questionable protocols all wrapped up in this scandal. Remember when you respond to this post, all it took was 1 incorrect checkbox for the same Floyd fans, the same NSAC and the same USADA to want to throw Manny under the bus and not give him the benefit of the doubt. Some are the same people that said Manny is a PEDs cheat with nothing to go on except him not cooperating fully with Floyd who accused him of cheating.

          FACT #7:
Floyd's team admittedly consulted with Memo who was an admitted PEDs cheat and who admitted to know over 20 ways to beat the system. Even after he got caught, Memo still considered PEDs great and that everyone should be on some form of PEDs.

          FACT #8:
Floyd's team are the ones paying USADA. One can even say, paying more than should (comparing against other agencies). For most people, one can see the issues with that. Are you going to slap the wrist on the people that help put food on your table? Especially someone named Floyd? Not likely.

          FACT #9:
When negotiating the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight, USADA presented Manny Pacquiao with a contract stating that they could grant retroactive the****utic use exemption to the fighters should they test positive for a banned substance.
          - Pacquiao’s camp was outraged and refused to sign the contract, believing Mayweather could game the system.
          - A new agreement was reached, but the protocol was not followed when it was discovered Mayweather used an IV the day before the fight, and the Nevada Athletic Commission wasn’t notified for 20 days after the fight. Mayweather was also inexplicably granted a retroactive the****utic use exemption by the USADA.

The above FACT should already make anyone that is objective do a 360(degree). Remember that its Floyd that was in control of the negotiations. The A side. Think about what was presented BEFORE to Manny by USADA. That is, a TUE loophole in case Floyd tests positive. Then we hear that Floyd had another TUE card for May 1st.

Are they, Floyd and USADA, working hand in hand? Looks like it is the case inspector!

          FACT #10:
Before the Canelo camp Floyd had side effects and said it was due to a Vampire facial where Floyd had a blood transfusion. This fact brings up questions of why would someone do a procedure to his eyes just before training camp and a fight where those same eyes can get damaged and cause other side effects? One needs to question the real motives for a blood transfusion. Again, the only reason we knew about it is because Floyd was NOT expecting the side effects or it to last long enough for people (reporters) to notice.

          Rumors
It was reported that Floyd tested positive 3 times for PEDs. Before, it was questionable but now, it seems more possible considering what we are hearing and more importantly NOT seeing from USADA. As reported, results should be made transparent. Not kept in secrecy.

Whatever or however a Floyd fan responds, the above FACTs and rumors paints a very disturbing picture of Floyd Mayweather, USADA and the NSAC.

"After all Floyd Mayweather's efforts over the years to identify himself as an advocate for Olympic Drug Testing, it comes to light that USADA allegedly helped him to cover up a technically illegal IV fluid boost after the weigh in, by issuing a the****utic use exemption, nearly 3 weeks after Mayweather-Pacquiao." said Lampley
